A week after the photoshoot Do Hwan noticed something about his daughter that was starting to worry him, after taking her to see his doctor at the hospital it was confirmed she now needed an operation to fix a hole in her heart, a heart defect, something that was common among babies born with Down's syndrome as they often already had or developed a problem with their heart. He couldn't believe how small and fragile she looked, but he knew that she was a fighter.
As he sat there, he couldn't help but think about all the challenges they had faced since her birth. But, he also couldn't help but feel grateful for the love and support of his family and friends. As he waited for the surgery to begin, he couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. He knew that his daughter was in the best hands and that everything would be okay.
He couldn't believe that she would be going into the operation theatre in just a few hours, to have an operation on her heart. He knew that it was necessary, but it was still hard for him to accept.
She looked up at him with her big, brown eyes and cooed softly. Woo Do Hwan couldn't help but smile, despite the tears. He knew that she was strong and brave, and he was determined to be strong and brave for her as well.
"I'm going to be here with you every step of the way," he told her, holding her close. "I'll be here when you wake up from the operation, and I'll be here when you're better."
He spent the next few hours holding her and talking to her, telling her about the world and all the wonderful things she would be able to see and do when she was better. He sang her lullabies and read her stories, and she seemed to listen intently, as if she understood every word.
As the time for the operation came closer, Do Hwan reluctantly handed his daughter over to the nurses, who would take her to the operation theatre. He knew that she would be in good hands, but it was still hard for him to let her go.
"I love you," he whispered, as she was taken away. "I'll be here waiting for you when you come back."
And with that, Do Hwan waited, with hope in his heart, for his daughter to return.

Do Hwan sat in the waiting room for hours, watching the clock tick by. He knew that the surgery would take a while, but he didn't mind. He was just grateful to be there for his daughter.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the doctor came out to speak with him. He could see the exhaustion on the doctor's face, but he also saw a sense of hope.
"The surgery was a success. Your daughter is going to be just fine," the doctor said with a smile."Your daughter is doing well and we expect her to make a full recovery."
Do Hwan let out a sigh of relief and thanked the doctor. He couldn't wait to see his daughter and hold her in his arms again.
As he entered the recovery room, he saw his tiny daughter lying in a hospital bed, her chest wrapped in bandages. She was asleep, but her chest rose and fell steadily with each breath. He felt a surge of love and gratitude as he looked at her and whispered "Thank you, my little angel."
Do Hwan sat by his daughter's side, watching over her as she slept and feeling grateful for the gift of her life.
He knew that it was going to be a long road to recovery, but he was ready for it. He was ready to be there for his daughter, to love and support her every step of the way.
