Do Hwan's world spun with disorientation as he gradually regained consciousness. His head throbbed, and the room swam before his eyes. Blinking rapidly, he struggled to focus, his senses gradually returning to him. But as clarity began to seep in, he realised he wasn't at home with Sarang.

Panic surged through him as he attempted to move, only to find himself tightly bound to a chair. His heart raced, adrenaline coursing through his veins as he strained against the restraints. But his efforts were futile, the bindings holding firm.

"Where... Where am I?" His voice was hoarse, barely more than a whisper, as he scanned his surroundings, trying to make sense of his predicament.

Footsteps echoed in the dimly lit room, drawing closer with each passing moment. Do Hwan's breath caught in his throat as he recognised the voice that accompanied them, sending a chill down his spine.

He stepped into view, his face illuminated by a sickly yellow light. There was a gleam in his eyes, a madness that sent shivers down Do Hwan's spine.

"Well Do Hwan," Haneul said, his voice dripping with malice as he circled around him. "I must say, you're looking rather... vulnerable."

"Haneul," he spat out, his voice laced with venom as he struggled against his restraints. "What do you want?"

Haneul's lips curled into a twisted smile, sending a shiver down Do Hwan's spine. "Oh, just a little experiment," he replied casually, as if discussing the weather. "You see, I've been working on something quite... revolutionary."

Fear clawed at Do Hwan's chest as he listened to Haneul's words, his mind racing with possibilities. What kind of experiment could this maniac possibly be conducting?

But before he could voice his concerns, Haneul produced a syringe filled with a bright blue substance, holding it up for Do Hwan to see.

"This," he said, his voice filled with sickening excitement, "is the key to unlocking the next stage of human evolution. And you, my dear Do Hwan, are going to be my first test subject."

Do Hwan's eyes widened in horror as he realized the true extent of Haneul's madness. "You're mad," he whispered, his voice trembling with fear.

Haneul chuckled darkly, his grip tightening on the syringe. "Oh, I'm not mad," he replied, his voice dripping with malice. "I'm a scientist. And you, my friend, are about to become something... extraordinary you will become a Wolfblood."

"You can't do this," he pleaded, his voice cracking with desperation. Do Hwan's mind reeled with disbelief as he struggled against his bonds, his muscles straining with the effort. "You're insane," he spat, his voice dripping with venom. "You can't play god with people's lives!"

Haneul's laughter echoed through the room like a death knell, sending shivers down Do Hwan's spine. "Oh, but I can," he said, his voice low and menacing. "And you, my dear Do Hwan, are going to help me."
