"What do you think happened?" Kelly sat on the chair far from her.

After, she calmed down for a minute. Kelly dragged the chair and sat farther away from her. Rylie laughed at Kelly, but the latter swore she didn't want to be near her when she had no control over her Lobo form.

"I-I don't know, but there has to be something we are missing."

Rylie bit her lip and wracked her brain for answers. She replayed in her mind what had happened. Then an idea came to her. If there are no records of how they can train their Lobo form. Maybe she will try to experiment with herself. She was, after all, a living testimony to the Lobo myth.

She stood up and took out her journal notebook and her pen. Kelly followed Rylie with her eyes, cautious but curious. Then Rylie began writing down what she had observed of herself.

She was triggered when Kelly told her about her father. Anger. It's the emotion she felt about what Kelly said. Then she remembered that time that she had fought the head of the were-witches. She was also angry at that time. Pure hatred stems from her feeling so hopeless about the situation. She didn't think they could win the fight if it was not for her channeling her anger and frustrations.

Rylie tilted her head to the side and scribbled on the paper. The form is triggered when angry or frustrated.

But why now? Why did her Lobo form become active? And what was that voice she heard inside her mind? Did her wolf snap and become insane? But that's not possible. She clearly remembered that the wolf inside her had talked to her. A part of the wolf was more beast than the wolf itself.

Is it possible that the first trigger is frustration, then anger? Is it the constant fight with the beast that triggered it?

"Anger?" Kelly leaned over Rylie's shoulders. Then her eyes widened. "I-I felt angry back then too. I remember being frustrated about my situation. The were-witch who held us captive had me in a binding spell, and I broke free. I-I..."

Kelly broke free from a binding spell. Rylie tilted her head. That is a difficult thing to do. Witches made sure their spells were immaculate, and becoming free from one tells her a different story to this Lobo forms' myth.

As if they had the same interpretation of what happened. Rylie's mouth hangs open, as well as Kelly's.

"You almost access your Lobo form, Kelly!"

"I-I did? But I didn't know if I had a red eye."

Of course. Rylie scribbled the red eyes, fingernails extending into a claw and growing rapid fangs. Before turning her attention back to Kelly,

Her fingers snapped in air as she walked back and forth.

She stood up and put a hand on Kelly's shoulder. It all makes sense now. She was the first to be able to control it, but Kelly could also access it. The Lobo form is a powerful tool against the were-witches, but the same applies to them. Then they have to keep it a secret from other pack members. Or else the were-witch will become more powerful. The werewolf won't stand a chance.

"It means that all the werewolves can access this magic, but there is just one thing that bothers me about it, Kels." Rylie opened and closed her mouth. She doesn't know if she should say this to Kelly, but this is a piece of vital information that they need to address. "There was a voice inside my head. More beast than the wolf. I-It tells me things. Bad things."

"L-Like what?"

"It wants blood."

Kelly bit her lip and lowered her gaze. "Then what should we do?"
