The halftime started and I watched as they started having all the shorter kids get on their shoulders and having them dunk and then let go of the having them hang on to the rim. "These Kids Crazy" Tina smiled and Lavar laughed silently. They cut halftime short because the game started a little late, Melo sat back down with us now in his jersey and sneakers "good thing you didn't slip again" I joked and he smiled and kissed his teeth "for real, I'm gonna break a hip" I laughed. One of the JV Kids who was a big hit a three, and everyone went stupid. "AYE THATS MY BOY TJ" Melo stood up and yelled, our school allows 8th graders to play JV and TJ was in 8th grade so they all loved hyping him up. I smiled, even tho Melos jokes were mean he was always nice to people too. Once the game was done they went out on the court and started warming up. "So how's school girl?" Lavar asked me. "It's good, just gotta keep my grades how they are" I responded, I had 80s and above in every subject, my lowest is an 82 in math since I've never been good at math. "That's good, where are you wanting to go to college?" He asked, "hmm, well maybe UCLA or University of Tennessee? But I haven't really planned that far ahead" I said making him nod. "Welcome to senior night of the chino hills huskies!" The announcer stopped and announced the other team briefly. "Now for our huskies, sophomore point guard number 1 LaMelo Ball, senior shooting guard number 18 Trey Williams, senior small forward number 3 LiAngelo Ball, Junior power forward number 44 Jordan Sanders, and senior center number 4 Ricky Thompson" he finished, and yes Ricky is probably who your imagining, he is that stupidly tall white boy with the body of a D-lineman. The game started and Ricky got the jump ball and lobbed it to Melo to which they all ran down and he threw it to Gelo hitting a midrange pull up. The game was going by swiftly because last time we played Los Osos they almost forfeit. By the start of the second quarter Melo already had 37 points he was absolutely going off. The game was being broadcasted and soon enough the halftime buzzer went off and Melo had 68 Points. "This is insane what did you feed him?!" Tina shook Lavars arm "I have no clue" he looked shocked

The time hit 00:00 and that was the last game for Gelo for his Highschool career I hugged Tina since she was tearing up and I helped her down the bleachers. Melo had a record high of 92 points tonight, the camera crew was so excited for this episode to go on air. We waited for the boys to come out and when Melo saw me he smiled and ran to me so I ran to him and we met in the middle, he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him. "Good Job Baby! We're all so proud of you" I said and he kissed me then put his head in my neck "thank you babe I love you" he said and I said I love you too, he put me down and we congratulated Gelo all giving him his flowers and I took pictures of them all with him. "Why don't you get in with us! Steve can take the pic" Tina suggested so I stood next to Lavar and Melo and he took our picture. "I'll be right back" I said and I went over to my brother coming up from behind him and climbing onto his back "congrats Nicki!" I said in his ear, when I was younger I called him Nicki and it turned into a nick-name for him. "thanks t-dog" he hugged me back. Once we all said our goodbyes i went back to the Balls to say goodbye then went outside with my family. I ride back home with my mom this time so Nick and then could go out.
