Let's get into it!!

First Person POV - Y/n

Our questions were answered the very next morning when Hermione's Daily Prophet arrived and Hermione spread out the newspaper and we read the headline.

MASS BREAKOUT FROM AZKABAN MINISTRY FEARS BLACK IS "RALLYING POINT" FOR OLD DEATH EATERS

In the article, there were multiple photos of prisoners and the reason they were sentenced to Azkaban. Of them was Bellatrix Lestrange.

"So ten high-security prisoners escaped and they blame my uncle," I said nodding, "What a Ministry."

"That must've been why he was happy," said Ron since we had told them what happened. "The breakout."

"He said in the cemetery that the Lestranges were dutiful Death Eaters. He's happy he got them back," I stated.

"I don't believe this," snarled Harry, "Fudge is blaming the breakout on Sirius?"

"It's in his character," I replied, "Plus this is Fudge realizing that we have a point. The Azkaban guards joined Voldemort and now the most dutiful supporters of Voldemort are out and about."

We weren't the only ones talking about it. Those who came from Wizarding families had grown up hearing the names of these Death Eaters spoken with almost as much fear as Voldemort's. The crimes they had committed during the days of Voldemort's reign of terror were legendary.

There were relatives of their victims among the Hogwarts students, but also relatives of the Death Eaters.

Ironically, I was one of both.

It was not only the students' mood that had changed. It was now quite common to come across two or three teachers conversing in low whispers in the corridors, breaking off their conversations the moment they saw students approaching and another decree was passed to stop it.

Umbridge seemed determined at the very least to achieve a sacking, and the only question was whether it would be Professor Trelawney or Hagrid who went first.

However, my focus was the other million things going on. I was now swamped with homework for O.W.L.s, planning the D.A. lessons, lessons with Snape, the occasional bleeding from my mark and from Umbridge, and Quidditch practice. The Magpipes training sessions had also started so I was also being transported in and out of Hogwarts at least once a week.

I had to ensure that nothing was out of the order because even one missed homework assignment would give Umbridge a reason to kick me of the team again.

I was so exhausted that I was using the D.A. meetings and Occlumency lessons to sleep instead of teach and learn.

Snape yelled at me because he cast the spell on me while I was sleeping and he saw my dreams about riding Buckbeak into the sunset.

I don't know why that's what I was dreaming about but...I was able to stop him when I was awake so sleeping was just stupid.

With so much to do, the months seemed to be passing alarmingly fast. Before I even knew it, March had arrived and I finally had a Hogsmeade trip I could go to.

I missed the last few because of Angelina's full days of training. She was threatened by the entire team to let us have at least one trip or we would all just not show up to the game against Hufflepuff next week.

"Listen," Hermione said as we walked towards Hogsmeade. "We all need to meet in the Three Broomsticks around midday."

"Why?" I asked.
