After leaving Imola Liv flew back to Monaco with Charles, Lando and Danny Ric. It was a short flight compared to all the others. She was going to pick up her things at her apartment and flight to Mexico that same night. The next race would be in Miami, so Checo, Carola, the kids and Liv were going to spend the next week and a half in Puerto Vallarta, chilling by the beach before heading to Miami.
Olivia was glad she was getting away from Max, she thought distance was the best thing she could have right now. Maybe it would give her some perspective, or maybe it would make her heart stop aching.
After a connecting flight in Lisbon, she boarded her flight in first class that night and flew straight to Mexico City, where she had to catch a different flight to Puerto Vallarta. She wasn't used to the ever-changing time zones and she wondered how the rest of the drivers did it every other week and then drove cars at more than 300 km per hour. When she arrived to Checo's house in Puerto Vallarta, Carola, the kids and Checo were already there. They had arrived just a few hours earlier.
"Liv!" Called out Carola when she saw Olivia cross the threshold. Liv ran to Carola when she saw her and hugged her tight. Olivia loved Carola like a sister. Then she hunched over until she was face to face with Carola's belly and said "Hello Olivia Junior".
Carola laughed "Liv you know it's a boy".
"Olivia can be a cute boy name if you try it" she said calmly.
Checo came over and laughed "it's not gonna happen Liv".
Olivia rolled her eyes "Alright then" she kneeled to Carola's belly again "Hello Olivio Junior".
"He's not gonna be called Olivio" said Checo as he and Carola laughed. "That's a terrible name".
"Livo?" asked Liv.
"Nooo!" said Carola still laughing.
"Fine, but I want one named after me!" said Liv accepting defeat.
"Alright, maybe the 4th one will be named after you Liv" said Carola.
"Let's just have the third one first, one at a time" said Checo "Maybe we can name a dog after Liv".
Olivia made an offended face but her smile took over, she smacked Checo with her bag jokingly as they laughed. Yes, she already felt so much better.
"Auntie Liv!" yelled out her niece, little Carlota, as she ran over to Liv. As soon as she reached her, Liv carried her in her arms happily.
"How is my favorite niece doing?! Who by the way isn't named after me either" she said shooting Checo and Carola a playful look.
"We can still get a dog" said Carlota with a giggle as she patted Olivia's head with her little palm. Olivia's mouth opened in shock as she turned to Carlota and Checo who started laughing.
