When they arrived to Monaco it was the middle of the night,  although for them it was the morning, taking into account the time difference.

Olivia was going to see Ava for breakfast the next day so Max dropped her off at her apartment and then went back to his. He helped her take all of her things upstairs, including the boxes filled with ceramics. Once she was upstairs she set her clothes in the washing machine, and she got ready for bed. She decided she was going to force herself into the sleeping schedule. Thankfully, she was tired enough after weeks of traveling.

She laid in bed alone, she had forgotten how that felt. It was lonely. She had spent every single day with Max, and now that he wasn't there it's like there was a missing piece of the puzzle, there was something odd and unsettling about it.

As she laid there in the dark she got a text from Max.

MAX

2:25 am

Well this is weird

OLIVIA

2:25 am

I know right

Have we not slept apart in months?

MAX

2:26 am

Well, there was that 2 day trip I had

to film that commercial

OLIVIA

2:26 am

That was a month ago

And my drunk night in Singapore

MAX

2:27 am

No need to remind me of that

This is so not lovely

The bed feels so

so

OLIVIA

2:27 am

Empty?

MAX

2:27 am

Incomplete?

Uncomfortable?

OLIVIA

2:27 am

I'm sure we can survive it

MAX

2:28 am

Yeah I mean, we have survived worse

murder attempts

fake fatherhood

This is a walk in the park
