♬ 98 - They Grow Up So Fast

At Davenport Tower. Everyone returns from a mission.

"Well, congratulations, guys, that was our tenth mission this week." Chase says proudly "Yey! That's one for the book!" McKayla says with a big smile running over to the table in the corner of the room and grabbing a book.

"Book?" Bree asks "Yup! I record all our missions in a book in case someone ever wants to tell our story." McKayla explains "Your life isn't that interesting for someone to want to read about It Mack" Luke says.

McKayla glares at him "That's why you're just a supporting character who only appears towards the end of the book" she says annoyed "That was oddly specific" Luke frowns.

"Only ten?" Oliver says with his hand on his back and a pained look on his face "It feels more like a hundred." He says going towards the couch.

"Using superpowers really takes it out of you. My whole body's sore." He groans as he sits "Yeah, mine too." Kaz says and groans in pain loudly "Oh, it hurts more to sit!" He says.

"I don't get it Mack and I don't even have super powers and we're not like that" Luke says "Cuz i'm athletic!" McKayla slaps his arm "Oh Yeah" Chase smirks, McKayla smiles at him.

"Me too..." Luke raises his arm but when he sees that he has less muscles than McKayla he lowers it, she pats him on the back.

"Yeah, you guys haven't even had your powers that long, and you're already complaining." Skylar says, Bree walks over to the couch and sits down.

"Yeah, um, I have been running hundreds of miles an hour since I was a baby." She starts to take off her boot "Don't you talk to me about sore until you have bionic blisters." She takes off her sock, all the boys recoil and scream, McKayla gasps and Skylar makes a face.

Bree smirk "Rookies." She says "Now that I'm used to it, I'm going to say that I think it's beautiful" Luke approaches her "get out" Bree says "I tried to be nice. It looks like your foot died and was resurrected as a zombie from the swamp" he raises his hands annoyed.

Bree galres at him and stands up "Ow! Ow! Ow!" She leaves limping "Man, if we feel this bad now, what's gonna happen when we get older?" Oliver says as Skylar sits next to him.

"If I don't turn out like that, my dad will be happy" Luke says, McKayla must have seen his awkward look "Why did you make that face?" He asks worried "Uh...because you...clearly have your mother's genes" she says nervously, Luke tries to find something to see his own reflection.

"Ooh! I can show you what we'll look like." Kaz says, he picks up his cell phone "Yeah, I have this app that ages photos." He takes a picture of Oliver.

"That is you at 80." He shows Oliver's picture "Ugh!" He makes a face, Skylar chuckles "Cute mustache." She says "Mustache?" Kaz looks at the photo "Yeah, that's all nose hair." He says.

"Nothing a shaver or...a lawnmower can't fix." McKayla pats Oliver's shoulder from behind, He glares at her in frustration.

"Guys, why are you so freaked out about growing older, anyway? It's just a part of life." Chase says "Easy for you to say, Mr. Perfect, Pretty Face" Luke says, crossing his arms.

Everyone looks at him and Chase raises an eyebrow "I didn't mean you...i mean, you do...not..." Luke stutters, Chase smirks "Geez Oliver that's a lot of nose hair huh" Luke diverts the subject by pointing at Kaz's phone.

"Anyway...Personally, I am looking forward to aging gracefully." Chase plays with the apple he holds in his hand "Oh, really?" Kaz picks up his cell phone "'Cause this is you." Kaz takes a picture of Chase and shows him McKayla and Luke.
