I called Star later that evening. I knew she would be with Cas but I had to take the chance. She picked up after two rings her personally best normally it's four unless it goes to voicemail and I hate when it fuckin does that.

"Hey babe what's wrong we only spoke to each other like a few hours ago."

True.

"I've done something sthuois and I don't know what to do."

"Oh do pray tell."

"Can I meet up with you by the river?"

"Sure."

"Cas won't mind will he?"

"Of course not, he's a big boy and he can look after himself."

"I heard that."

She laughed. I haven't heard her laughing for such a long time. I'm glad she has cats as well as us. She seems so comfortable around him unlike the guys at uni. I hope this thing between them continues cause I know for a fact she makes him happy.

"Il lbe an hour tops."

"Take as long as you want, angel. I'll be here waiting."

I gagged. God I hope I don't end up as sappy as these two are.

"I'll be there in ten minutes."

"Thanks Star."

"No need to thank me, Carls, you would do the same thing for me."

And I would. "I'm hanging up now. Ten minutes no longer."

She laughed wholeheartedly and I smiled, ending the call. I shoved my mobile into my pocket and headed out of the cabin, closing and locking my door, heading across the camp to the lake which I spent most days looking at its beauty or thinking it was a good spot for thinking.

Casapian's cabin was further away than mine so I knew I would have to wait a little longer for Star to arrive.

When she finally did I looked at her tapping my wrist, grinning. "What time do you call this?"

She rolled her eyes. "Sorry babe had to kiss my man and it took a little longer than expected." She said grinning.

I fake gagged.

"Come on Carls once you have someone who you feel complete with you'll do all stupid shit too."

I had once thought Aiden was it for me; we were like Yin and Yang. Lights and dark. He kept me together while I held a lot of darkness inside me that my bullies had caused over the years and my mother being so distant with me. But, I guess things were never meant to be.

"Whatever."

"So you wanted to talk to me."

"Way I did."

"So what's it about to get me out of my romantic evening with Cas?" She questioned grinning.

"How is Cas? Are you sure he's okay with this?"

She sighed. "He's fine and yes he's sure. It's one of his really good days so it's fine really. Now tell me what's wrong?"

I sighed. "I did something stupid."

"When don't you do stupid things, Carls?"

"Not this stupid."

"So tell me what's so stupid that you got me here?"

I gulped. "I kissed Jonathan."

Her face contorted in shock and then she screamed. "Shit bitch when did this happen?"

"A few hours ago."

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

"I was shocked, confused and hoping he wouldn't kill Kyler and they would lose their friendship because of me."

"Why would they lose their.." she stopped. "No just no please don't tell me that you kissed Kyler too?l"

I nodded.

"Damn girl when did this happen and don't say today cause I'll have a freakin heart attack."

"No, it was a few months ago."

"Bitch. Why didn't you tell me?"

"It was just a kiss."

"So was this just a kiss with Jonathan too?"

I sighed. "I don't know. It felt nice."

"Just nice?"

"Okay it was freaking amazing. Better than it ever was with Aiden. Is that bad?"

"No it's not honey." She looked at me sincerely. "So you really like him?"

I nodded.

"And Kyler?"

"I like him a lot too. We kissed and he said he would wait until I was ready."

"And are you?"

"I don't know." I said honestly after seeing Aiden move on I was shocked and heartbroken that he moved on so quickly even if I had tried to with Able but we weren't even compatible. I was surprised how attracted to both of them I was with just one kiss, one that gave me butterflies for the first time in forever.

"So tell me everything so I can help you with your dilemma."

I nodded and I told her everything that had happened from the first kiss Kyler and I had shared after a very hectic couple of days with Jonathan in hospital. I had agreed to stay with him and what had happened to the kiss we shared outside my cabin. One we never had again, maybe he had meant what he had said and he was willing to wait until he was "fixed." As he put it. Then the kiss with Jonathan after he had met me after work after a very productive last half a session with his shrink, then he'd kissed me and I stopped when he wanted more. He had worked out from our very short conversation. Kyler and I had kissed and he was so pissed with what I had said that he had left me alone. I just hope he didn't hurt Kyler. I never meant to hurt anyone, especially both of them. Now they were going to hate each other and hate me as well for getting in between their friendship.

"Damn girl that's a lot. It's a lot to take in."

"What am I going to do?"

"I don't know."

"Well you're some help."

She shrugged her shoulders then looked me straight in the eyes. "I just have one question; who will you choose?"

She asked and I had no clue.

"I don't know ." I had told her.

She sighed.

"Does it make me bad if I like both of them?" I asked as She walked away.

She turned and smiled at me. "No it's not." She winked.

"Is Cas enough for you?"

"Yeah he is. But you're not me Carls go for what you want fuck everyone else."

I nodded and she turned back, heading back to Caspian's cabin. I stayed by the river long after Star had left to go back to Caspian's cabin. I needed time to think about what I really wanted.

The question that kept circling my head was who to choose? Could I really choose between either of them? They both made me feel different things. Star had told me I didn't have to rush in any decision making just in case I regretted late on.

I stayed a little longer until it got chilly and I headed back to my cabin where I stripped off. And headed to the bathroom to shower the dirt and grime off from today's activities. I stayed in until I felt the cold air seeping around me it had done nothing for my over active Brian and wondering what if I agreed to any kind of relationship with either of them together or apart.
