We walked hand in hand into the cafeteria. I knew it was going to be hard to digest. Jonathan and Kyelr both knew I had reservations and made sure I knew what I was to expect from narrow-minded people. Sure enough, we got the stares and whispering but with just one glare from either of them they soon shut the fudge up.

They smiled down at me and made me feel like the most important person in this little throuple. That's what they had called it, it was a weird ass name for three individuals exploring a new relationship with not two, but three people in it. I had no idea how this ensemble was going to work neither did they. We all knew we had to get over so many stumbled blocks to make it work but it would despite people and their opinions I knew that these two men flanking either side of me would never let anything bad happen to me nor would they let any bad words be said about me cause they both had made the decision together to give this a try because they both had feelings for me. I hoped their friendship wouldn't deter being in this throuple cause no doubt we would want to spend time alone with each other. Could they both handle that fact or will they have to share my time together as well as singular times with me alone and not become jealous of the other and argue and fall out? I didn't want that. We needed to talk about how all this was going to work off. It wasn't what we needed to end it now before things got out of hand and got nasty.

I heard a scream echo across the cafeteria. I looked up as the screaming, blurry figure ran so fast I almost fell to the ground as she hugged me. "I'm glad you got your feelings sorted out. You all deserve to be happy."

"Thanks, Star, but can you please let go? Breathage."

"Sorry. I'm just so damn excited." she says excitedly, letting go of me.

She turns to Jonathan and Kyler smiling brightly like a Cheshire cat. "I'm happy you two finally got your thumbs from up your arses and went for what you wanted."

Their jaws dropped, unaware that Star was aware of their crush. I was until she pointed it out.

"Thanks, I guess."

"You two best take care of my girl."

"We will."

She smiles brightly and Caspian wraps his arm around her and kisses her. He looks over at all of us and smirks. "I guess congratulations are finally in order and you finally had the balls to tell Carly who you felt after all this time."

"You knew?"

Caspian grinned. "Who didn't? It was so transparent but they respected you Carly you've been through hell and back they were more concerned about you than making it known what they wanted with you. Now I haven't got to watch them drool all over you and make puppy dog eyes and pout like a two-year-old kid who didn't get a lollies pop."

I laughed.

"We did not," they said in synch

Capsian and Star nodded. "Oh you did." Cas remarked.

"They still leil only ten times worse." Star sniggered.

He groaned, making us laugh harder.

"Come on, let's grab something to eat and you can tell us all about how you twisted my BFFs arm into being a throuple.

They both grinned. "Oh we didn't twist anyone arm into it, especially Carly Bears."

"Yeah whatever."

"We didn't."

"Well tell us how you two decided to come to the arrangement and get Carly involved."

Jonathan and Kyler ginned. "That we can do, can't we bother?"

"We can."

Star smiled happily. She knew bits but now me and her or Caspian knew everything.

"Let's grab some grub and you can tell us all about it."

They grinned like a damn Cheshire cat and nodded as we made our way to the food stand and picked our food and found a place to sit out of everyone's sight and eavesdropping so we could talk like adults about this relationship that we were starting one I wasn't sure of how it would work between all three of us.

Jonathan

I decided to tell them my side of it so they got the gist. I knew Kyler liked talking. But he knew I liked to take centre stage. We were like Yang and Yang. Dark and light.

"It all started the day I came out of therapy. I was so damned happy that I was finally on the mend, maybe not completely but enough to know what my next move would be. I wanted to let Carly know how I felt about her.

I kissed her I was surprised when she kissed me back then we pulled apart and I confessed how I felt and went to kiss her again that's when I discovered that she had let Ky kiss her and I was fuming so I walked away to clear my head and confront him.

When I finally got back to the cabin we shared I flipped out on him and he had no clue what I was on about. Until I told him I was so fucking angry that he had kissed he4 before I had."

He nodded and told the remainder of the story.

Kyler

"In all fairness Jonathan and I had talked endlessly about how we felt about Carly and had decided to wait it out until she felt more confident in herself and was ready to move on. It happened the day we went to visit J in the hospice and he had lashed out about what had transpired between Carly and I in his absence. I had never meant to hurt her, but I had and it was then I realised I needed help cause I didn't want to hurt the girl I loved again. We walked to her cabin and I tried to convince her to come back with me but she refused, too scared I'd do what I did the night before again. I understood I didn't want to hurt her how I had the night before or worse.

I made a split decision to kiss her, I expected her to pull a aaay, but she didn't. So I continued kissing her when I pulled away from her. I let her know that I wanted her but I was willing to wait until I was back to my normal self. She agreed and we parted.

I had put thought about it after that I was just concentrating on getting myself right and back to me. Until the day J had his therapy I knew he was with Carly though she only went to half his session and he was meeting her after work so I stayed away he needed to have some time with her but the anger in his eyes when he returned said he was pissed at me and I had no clue why until he almost beat the living shit out of me for kissing Carly before he had.

When he finally calmed down we both knew there was only one thing to do to stop any insecurities was to be with her together.

Caspian nodded. "Are you both sure this is what you want?"

"It is."

He grinned. "I'm happy for all of you. I just hope you all know that what you're doing, a throuple isn't the easiest relationship to be in. There will be a lot of people who are against it. Are you ready for that?"

"We are."

"Are you willing to share Carly with each other and let her spend time alone with one of you at any given time?"

J and I looked at each other and smirked. Nodding, we turned back to Capsian. "We are." We said, together.

He smiles brightly. "Good, you all deserve to be happy."
