After supper, we head into the lounge and sit down. My head feels a little fuzzy, but I'm okay. I guess I won't be driving anytime in the next few hours if I do I'm guaranteed to be stopped. The conversation flows easily between us. I never knew Ethan could hold a conversation long enough so we could talk a little about growing up. I feel like I've known him all my life but I won't tell him that. I've felt it before and it ended. I would rather be friends than anything else. I don't think I can give him or anyone else a full-blown relationship right now. I'm still healing after trying so hard for the past several years to get mine. Kyler and Jonathan's relationship was on the right track so we could do everything that we had planned on doing until I made the mistake of letting Ethan kiss me. And I stupidly kissed him back my biggest and stupidest moment was letting him fuck me.

I know what Ethan wants, but I can't give it to him no matter how much he wants it. Right now I need to be alone and sort my life out. My project has been approved and is in the middle of reconstruction so once it's done I won't be working for or with Ethan any longer.

So he won't have the opportunity to pull me into his facade and obsession. He can find some other girl who's ready to settle down and be with him because I'm not that girl.

I feel his fingers brush against my face, bringing me out of my thoughts. He smiles brightly. "A penny for your thoughts."

"Hugh."

"You spaced out Carly, is everything okay?"

"Yeah, it's fine."

"I'm not boring you, am I?"

"No, not at all."

He smiles brushing the strand of hair behind my ear and I shiver.

He grins and moves forward. "I know you are not ready to move on right now, but I hope you can, with me."

I open my mouth and shut it. I don't know what to say, but does he really think I would even consider moving on with him? He was the one who caused the break-up in the first place!

He leans in closer. "I love you Carly and I'll make you happy I promise."

I want to tell him he's wrong but his lips press against mine kissing me. I try to ignore it but he wraps his arm around my waist squeezing it. I gasp and his tongue enters my mouth. He squeezes tighter onto my waist and I have no choice but to return his kiss.

He kisses me deeply, kissing me harder and my head starts to spin. He lifts me up in his arms and carries me to his room where he lies me down still kissing me passionately his hands are all over me. In minutes we were both stripped bare. He wraps my legs around him and enters me with one hard thrust.

I lay awake on his bed after he had sex with not once but twice. He keeps repeating that he loves me and now I'm completely his, he's not letting me go and he'll do anything to keep me by his side.

Ethan sparked out once round two was over and promised more to come in the morning one I had no intention of sticking around for. I have been watching him for hours to make sure he's actually asleep. I'm not sure if he's a light or heavier sleeper. His arm is wound tightly around my waist as if he thinks he's going to lose me if he moves an inch. I can't move it cause I might wake him then I won't be able to leave.

Finally, three hours after he had fallen asleep his hold loosened and he snorted and turned on his side. Now is my chance to escape and head back to Star and Caspaian's. I slide carefully off the bed and grab my clothes tiptoeing out of his bedroom and dressing in the lounge where my boots are. I slide into them. I unlock his front door and head out, closing it silently behind me.
