I can't believe I've been waiting for half an hour for Star, not only was she late but she turned up with Caspian. What the freaking hell is all that about? I didn't even think that they knew one another. She gets out of the car and thanks him for the ride. "Anytime pixie pie." he grins widely.

I grind my teeth and clench my fists. No one calls my girl pixie pie unless it's me. "So that's what you're going with Thor!" She goads him and raises her eyebrow.

He laughs. "That's the best you got?"

She laughs, making my dick twitch. Damn, this girl has no idea how much I want her and what I would do to get her.

"I can think of plenty."

I clear my throat and they both look at me with a displeasure in their eyes well tough fucking shot she's my inteurn not his. "You're late, Star. I hope he isn't the excuse for it?" I glare at Caspian. Daring him to say one word just one. Then he does.

"It is."

"No it's not." she shrieked. "It's mine I dropped Carly off and instead of coming straight here I accepted a tour of the camp."

"Why bother? It's the same as this one."

"Actually it isn't. It's got a better view of the lake and beyond it's beautiful and no words can describe its beauty.

I roll my eyes and Caspian grins big headed prick. "Well thanks for driving her here you can go now."

She gasps and he stands his ground looking at Star. "Remember what I said, pixie pie; don't let him intimidate you, okay stick up to him."

She nods and he smiles at her getting in his jeep. "Maybe we'll see each other again soon?"

"Maybe."

He grins widely and pulls away.

"What the hell was all that about?"

She turns and glares at me. "None of your goddamn business."

"Oh I think it is, angel. You're working here not there, there's a "no fraternising rule"."

"Then maybe you should read it sometime, seeing as all You've done since I got here was make my life a living hell, back off Conrad and leave me be. I'm here to work not to play, find a girl that will take your constant bullshit." she snaps and goes to ask away. I grab her wrist and she looks at me with absolute disgust but it fuels my desire for her even more. "You're mine Star get that into your fucking head."

She snatches her wrist away. "I'll Never be yours Conrad." she spits and storms away.

"Don't tell me you're still going for that fat chick when you could practically have anyone?"

I turn and glare daggers at my lieutenant. I hadn't even realised he was here had he listened to the entire conversation. "How dare you speak about her like that!" I snap.

"Well it's the truth what's your goal with her anyway fuck her and fuck her off cause that's all the fat bitch is good for..." he doesn't get the chance to continue my hand is around his throat. "How dare you talk about her like that! You're here to help those who need help, not disrespect those who are trying to help them. They will think you're just as bad as the bully that brought them here in the first place and if you continue I will be left with no choice but to take your badge away, do you understand?"

"So this is how it's going to be now they promoted you to Sergeant? Conrad. You're only here because Ethan didn't want to come back."

"Ethan is now a Lieutenant General and I'm your sergeant. Make sure you remember that when you're badmouthing the staff." I say angrily letting go.
