Chapter 1: Jiang Tian
Sheng Wang transfers to a new school and walks into a noisy classroom filled with curious students. As he sits down, the other students gossip about the new guy—him. Meanwhile, Sheng Wang's phone buzzes with messages from his dad, who's more interested in setting up a dinner with Aunt Jiang and her son, Jiang Tian.
" Dad? sino si tian?" Sheng Wang asks, trying to keep up with his father's messages.
"You'll meet him soon anak. And don't forget, we're having dinner with Aunt Jiang tonight," his dad replies. Binaba nito ang cellphone at naupo sa isang bench sa isang basketball court. Bored. Wala naman ako pakielam kung pagusapan ako o pag chimisan. Parang ngayon lang ata sila nakakita ng gwapo.
Sheng Wang isn't thrilled. He's already feeling the pressure of being the new kid in a school full of top students. Pero minsan nakakailang din ang binibigay nilang tingin sa akin.
