The dormitory at the attached to middle school was buzzing with the energy of new roommates getting to know each other. SuYu, who had just rolled out of bed, was already brimming with curiosity. He turned to his new roommate Sheng Wang and asked, "So, you and jiang tian are actually from the same family?"

Sheng Wang laughed, "Nope, just two single parents living their lives."

SuYu looked surprised, "You actually remember me?"

"Hard to forget someone who's stepped on your foot six times," Sheng Wang joked, patting his leg. "And yes, your game was quite memorable."

As the conversation continued, Jiang Tian, who had been quietly observing, turned his back to hide his smile. Sheng Wang noticed and asked, "Hey, Jiang Tian, anong nakakatawa? Nababaliw ka na?"

Jiang Tian turned around, trying to look serious but failing as his Adam's apple bobbed with suppressed laughter. "It's nothing," he said, trying to sound nonchalant.

Sheng Wang burst into laughter, enjoying the light-hearted moment. SuYu, catching the humor, apologized, "Sorry for stepping on you so much. I promise I'll be more careful next time."

"Don't worry," Sheng Wang replied with a grin. "We're dorm mates now. I can always get my revenge on the court."

Their laughter filled the room, and pete, shy and reserved, seized the opportunity to introduce himself. "I'm pete from Class 11. I'm not as great as you all."

Jiang Tian, surprisingly, spoke up, "I've seen you before."

Pete blushed, "Really? I didn't expect that."

"Yeah, you were in the same exam room as brent," Jiang Tian clarified.

Pete was taken aback but grateful. "Thanks. I'll keep that in mind."

Sheng Wang, with a reassuring smile, said, "Of course. We're here to support each other."

Jiang Tian, slightly amused, added, "Just don't ask too many questions all at once."
