Jiang Tian didn't answer but instead let his hand drop to his pocket, fingers curling in thought. After a moment, he said, "Alright, let's go with your gut."
As they strolled, Sheng Wang's eyes caught a unique shop. Its entrance was adorned with lanterns and neon lights, hinting at something intriguing. "Let's check this out," he suggested.
Jiang Tian looked at the eerie decorations and then at Sheng Wang's eager face. "Sure, let's see what it's about."
Inside, they found an "Escape Room" with a horror theme. A group of students emerged, looking relieved and a bit shaken. Sheng Wang's eyes sparkled with excitement. " yun nalang! Hala favorite ko yan!! Let's do it!"
Jiang Tian agreed, "Alright, let's go for it."
They entered the darkened room, solving puzzles and navigating through eerie settings. At one point, Sheng Wang knocked on a bathroom door, only for a mannequin to fall with a wig askew. Sheng Wang laughed uncontrollably, his laughter filling the room.

Jiang Tian raised an eyebrow. "Your birthday isn't until tomorrow...excited? Bukas pa."
Sheng Wang shrugged, "I just don't like celebrating on the exact day. It feels too...formal."
Jiang Tian nodded, understanding. "Okay, I'll take you up on that offer."
Habang kumakain, nagtanong si Sheng Wang, "Gaano karami ng rice wine na 'yan ang makakalasing sa'yo?"
Sumagot si Jiang Tian, "Hindi ko sure."
Nagbabala ang waiter, "Malakas 'yan. Baka hindi mo agad maramdaman."
Itinulak ni Sheng Wang palayo ang alak at sinabing, "Kalilimutan ko na lang, ikaw na bahala diyan."
After a delicious meal and a bit of wine, Jiang Tian and Sheng Wang headed back to the dorm. Jiang Tian had a small gift in hand, but Sheng Wang was already half-asleep by the time he got back.
As the clock ticked closer to midnight, Jiang Tian watched Sheng Wang sleep, his heart full. Quietly, he took Sheng Wang's hand and whispered,
"Happy birthday."
Sheng Wang stirred, his voice groggy but warm. "I heard that."
Jiang Tian smiled, gently squeezing his hand. "Happy birthday, Sheng."
