A guy stood shivering in the darkness. His messy brown hair clung to his sweaty forehead, and his bright brown eyes scanned the surroundings with a mix of fear and curiosity. He wore a faded T-shirt, torn jeans, and scuffed sneakers, all stained with dirt and leaves. A backpack slung over his shoulder held his few belongings.
Tall trees loomed above, their branches like skeletal fingers reaching for the sky. The air was heavy with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves. Shadows danced across the forest floor, cast by the faint moonlight filtering through the canopy above. The silence was oppressive, punctuated only by the occasional hooting of owls or rustling of unknown creatures.
The expressions on his face were like: Furrowed brows, bitten lip, wide, fearful but angry eyes, determined jaw. He took cautious steps forward, his eyes adjusting slowly to the darkness. Every snap of a twig or rustle of leaves made him jump.
With each step, the boy's curiosity grew.
He examined the trees, searching for signs of life or danger.
He followed a narrow stream, hoping to find a way out.
He investigated strange noises, despite his fear.As he walked, the darkness seemed to close in around him. The trees seemed to shift, their branches tangling together like a maze.
Suddenly, he stumbled upon a faint whisper in the wind and saw a strange symbol etched into a tree, his heart racing, he hesitated, unsure what to do next. As he hesitated, the whisper in the wind grew louder, though still indistinguishable. He felt an eerie presence surrounding him, as if unseen eyes watched his every move.
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the shadows. The figure stood tall, draped in a long, dark coat with a hood pulled over their head. Their face remained hidden, shrouded in darkness. The boy's heart skipped a beat. Fear gripped him, but curiosity kept him rooted.
"Who are you?" he called out, trying to hide the tremble in his voice. The figure didn't respond. Instead, they glided closer, their movements fluid and unnatural. He took a step back, his eyes fixed on the figure. As they drew nearer, the whispering wind grew louder, forming words.
"Trust me, young one."
The figure extended a gloved hand, holding a dagger.
"Take it," the figure whispered, their voice low and mysterious.
The guy's instincts screamed caution, but his curiosity won out. He reached for the dagger, feeling an electric tingle as his hands touched the dagger. The figure smiled, their lips curling upward."What the fuck-" as he looked up back to the figure, he saw that figure vanishing somewhere in woods. "Hey!! come back!" he sighed and look at the dagger.
"UGH!!" he frustrated yelled. "Where were you? I was looking for you, man!" another voice came. "oh- hyung, I found someone here and they gave me that and disappeared and I couldn't get the opportunity to see the face" the anger vanished from the guy's eyes but the confusion didn't.
"that's same as.." "as?" "as the one we got at the night, they attacked on Hyunjin. The night she died" "Eh?" without sharing more words, both the guys get lost in woods.
The forest was alive with sound: the soft rustle of leaves beneath the guys' feet, the gentle hooting of owls in the distance, and the snapping of twigs as unknown creatures scurried through the underbrush. The air vibrated with the hum of cicadas, their rhythmic melody weaving in and out of the silence. The distant rush of a stream babbled softly, its gentle voice a soothing counterpoint to the eerie whispers that still lingered.
The scent of damp earth and decaying leaves filled both the guys' nostrils, rich and loamy. The sweet aroma of wildflowers wafted on the breeze, entwining with the resinous tang of pine needles. The musky smell of damp fur and moss clung to the trees, a primal reminder of the forest's wild heart. As the boy walked, the fragrance of ripe berries and honeyed nectar drifted through the air, tempting him deeper into the woods.
"You still think we can find something here?" "Damn sure"
"As you walk, listen for the sounds that don't belong," the same unknown voice whispered. "The forest has its secrets, and its warnings. You must be cautious."As they ventured deeper, the sounds grew louder, more intense. Their hearts pounded in their chests.
"Who was that?" "Again damn sure, the same person I saw before"
"Shhh! no personal talks here. Unknown creatures are here. We don't want anyone to know the personal things. Do we?" "Who are you?!" the guy yelled at the voice. In return, the voice just laughed, angering the two.
They keep their way deeper in the woods, despite their fear and anger. The phone ringed. "fuck-" "It's your phone" "oh" The howling of wolves really scared them.
hey
found something?
he is an idiot. Too blind in love.
In love with?
His beloved Husband! ofc!
Everyone knows. found something or not?
Bro! there are dangerous shits here and he wants to stay another night here."I will stay here until I will find something related to it! I want my Husband back! safe and sound! If you are scared, go back. I'll find everything alone, like before.
"It's not that-"
Ughh! I'll call you later.••••••••••••••••
"Olivia! I am asking last time, where is Rachel?" Minho yelled on his sister, still trying to control his anger.
"I dunno" her voice was soft, scared of his brother's anger.
"I am telling you all if something happen to Felix and Changbin in forest, I won't leave any of you! and if something happen to Hyunjin then-" "Calm down, Minho. Nothing will happen, we will find them. Felix, Changbin and Hyunjin will be fine" "When? When will we find him? It's been a week! It's been a week Hyunjin is not with us! Its been a week Felix didn't sleep! Its been a week we couldn't get peace!"
Chan sighed at his fuming anger. "Rachel! Rachel! Rachel! It's all her!" "She is your sister-" "then why is she not acting like a sister?! Where is she?! since the wedding night, we couldn't find her! We lost Hyunjin! Felix flew for Austrailia! Changbin, Jeongin and Seungmin are with him but I swear if anything happen to any of them! I won't forgive her if she's behind something!"
"Hyung! we traced it!" Yeonjun come running in home. "We traced the location!" "Let's go!"

"I will find you or I will die without you" tears dripped from his eyes as he remembered the heart-filled moment that he spend with his husband.
"Everything will be okay" "Ofc! It has to be!"
"Let's move on to the safer place, it's filled with howls and barking foxes" "yeah"
"feels like we have to hunt animals for keeping us alive now. We are just alive on wild fruits. You even threw up" Changbin patted his shoulder.
"Can't eat without him" he whispered.
As they tried to find a little safe place, they heard.
"hello there" the same voice said.
"tell me where is he?"
"Mafias don't beg"
"In love, they do everything they despise"
the voice laughed and said "You, young ones, are in grave danger."
And suddenly....
Everything went black.
