Days passed, and Hyunjin stayed home because Felix didn't let him go out; he took care of his dad and himself, as Felix strictly made him. 

Felix continued investigations and gave all the information to Minho and his gang, they started working together secretly. 

Today, Felix is out for investigation once again with his team. They were distributed in pairs of teams that went to different parts of a single location.

Minho and his team were at their location, gathering all the information that Felix and his team were working on. They were connected by call through EarPods and not specifically using phones in hands.

After a day out on investigation and then on their location, Felix came home and found Hyunjin waiting for him but not like usual, he seems tensed.

"Hey, everything's okay?" The moment Hyunjin heard Felix's voice, he looked up and saw Felix already home, in front of him. "Oh you came."

Felix found Hyunjin's behavior a little odd, "Is everything okay? You didn't even notice when I came in like you do usually, what's your mind up to, love?"

Hyunjin immediately hug him as if it was the only thing he needed that moment.

Felix didn't question anymore, he sensed something's bothering Hyunjin, he let Hyunjin calm down in his embrace, pecked his neck and rubbed his back.

Once, he calmed down, Felix made him sit on the couch in living room and asked, "now tell me what's bothering you this badly, huh?"

Hyunjin made eye contact with him and whispers, "Dad—" Felix waited for him to complete, "—has been talking weirdly these days.." he was at the verge of crying.

Felix sat down on his knees in front of him and holds his hands in his and caress them, said, "And what he said, baby?" Hyunjin met his eyes once again and felt comfort. "He's been talking like he's trying to aware me," he spoke as Felix gave him all comfort he needed.

"And awaring of what, Hyune?" Hyunjin tensed before speaking. His mind was filled with thoughts. Negative thoughts. He hesitated. Felix noticed everything but didn't act on it, he knew if he'll act, Hyunjin will feel more vulnerable and won't calm down till long and he can't risk something related to dad.

"He- he speak like he's telling me he's going away," Felix look up at him in confusion, "going away?"

"Yeah..like he's trying to aware me that he's going away," Felix listened carefully and didn't question anything because he believes Hyunjin more than himself.

If Hyunjin is saying something like this, it means something really bothered him bad. What dad actually said?

"Hyune, look at me, baby." Felix caress his cheek and whispers, "tell me what he said to you?" A tear fell down his eyes.

"He told me take care of family if he won't be here. He asked for a promise for taking care of mom, Yeji l, Ryujin and you more than anything. He told me to not leave mom after him, I was confused so I asked him why is he talking like that and he said, it's life, anything can happen so be prepare for anything, I don't know what he's talking about."

Felix calmed him down and reassured him, "we are together, Hyune, you're not alone. We'll handle it together, okay?" Hyunjin nodded and Felix wiped his tears and pecks his cheeks.

They stayed like that on couch for a moment, Felix got up and sat on his lap without even thinking that mom and dad are in the next room, pecked all over Hyunjin's face and tried his best to babied him and made him feel better.

Sometimes the top needs a shoulder to rely, to cry on too, they need to be taken care of too. They are human too.

"Okay now, my princess, get up let's go have dinner, I know you didn't have." Hyunjin chuckles at the nickname and slaps his thigh. "Shut up, idiot! And yes, how can I have without you?" He raised his brow.

And that's when Felix felt relieved, knowing Hyunjin is back in his playful mood but the moment didn't leave Felix's mind.

"I called you love, baby, Hyune and princess, and you called me idiot in return!?" He asked dramatically and Hyunjin smacked his ass as Felix is sitting on his lap, Hyunjin holds his inner thighs and picks him up and took him in kitchen.

They become playful again, feed each other, teased each other and laugh together on each other.

Finally, it was time to bed and they were cuddling to sleep but something in Felix shifted but he was good at hiding it, didn't want Hyunjin to feel bad again, he couldn't sleep but kept on trying to make Hyunjin fall asleep and succeed.

Hyunjin slept with a smile on his face but his heart was still heavy. Yet, his lover's embrace was enough to out him to sleep, the comfort Felix gave him was enough.

It's not that Felix couldn't sleep because Hyunjin's embrace wasn't enough, it's enough. More than enough. But the moment Hyunjin described shattered his heart.

What does dad mean by it?

Should I talk to him?

I should but he's sleeping.

I will tomorrow

He tried to stop his thoughts and looks at Hyunjin to clear his mind. He smiles looking at how adorable Hyunjin is looking while sleeping in his embrace. He pecked his lips once again and left a last peck on his forehead before falling asleep in his embrace too.

The next day, they both wake up with noises from downstairs. Like something big had happened.

"What's happening?" Hyunjin look at Felix as they woke up in each other's arms.

"No idea, stay here, let me see," Felix got up but Hyunjin was not the one to calm down after hearing it all.

Sounds like someone's crying.

"No, I'm coming!" He got up too and ran after Felix.

They get out of their room and heard and saw smth they didn't expect.

"D-dad..?"

"What happened..?"

"Dad l-eft us...Hyunjin.."
