Sage was standing in front of the Technical Machine maker as the time for her to create her very own custom technical machines has come as Sage has received a message from the Pokemon league who stated that trainers are only allowed to use the Technical Machine maker after they defeated a gym leader and the trainers can only create a maximum of three technical machines.

Calming down herself, Sage inserted 500 Poké Dollars and selected Grass-Type from the screen's menu as the machine hummed to life and a keyboard appeared as Sage began entering her custom technical machine name.

Let's call it... Thorn Storm!" Sage said with a grin as began typing in the name.

The machine buzzed and whirred and spit out a glowing green TM disk as Sage held it disk up as her Rotom Phone scanned it and displayed the move's details:

Move Name: Thorn Storm

Type: Grass

Power: 90

Accuracy: 100

Description: The user releases a flurry of thorny vines that lash at the opponent, with a 30% chance to poison.

Sage's eyes widened in delight.

This is amazing! A strong Grass-type move and a chance to poison? My future Grass Pokémon are going to love this!" Sage said excitedly.

Eager to create more, Sage inserted another 500 Poké Dollars into the machine and this time she selected Psychic-Type and typed in the name Psychic Ball.

Once again, the machine processed her request and a purple TM emerged as Rotom Phone scanned the TM revealing its information.

Move Name: Psychic Ball

Type: Psychic

Power: 100

Accuracy: 100

Description: The user generates a ball of concentrated psychic energy that severely damages the opponent, with a 30% chance to cause confusion.

This one is perfect for Espeon" Sage said excitedly as she couldn't wait to use her custom technical machines in battle.

Finally, Sage decided to try out the Randomized Function as she payed another 500 Poké Dollars.

She selected the randomized option and began watching in curiosity as the machine churned and beeped erratically as a new TM slid out as it was shimmering with a ghostly aura.

Rotom Phone scanned it:

Move Name: Bitter Burst

Type: Ghost

Power: 90

Accuracy: 96

Description: The user lets out a snarl, releasing a wave of bitter energy that erupts around them. The move has a high chance of causing the opponent to flinch.

A Ghost-type move? This could be perfect if I ever catch a Ghost Pokémon! And it even causes flinching? What a great find!" Sage excitedly said as she couldn't wait to see what else the Pokemon league invents in the future.
