Two weeks had passed since the battle with Aviation and Kanto was slowly returning to its peaceful state as the chaos that was caused by Team Rocket had been quelled and life was slowly finding its balance again.
The Pokémon League conducted a thorough investigation and managed to arrest Sabrina and Koga as Sabrina had her gym title and Pokemon license revoked while Koga was facing a long time in jail as he tried to bribe Janine into releasing him but Janine refused.
Currently Koga and Sabrina are in jail with Giovanni who was particularly silent and hasn't said a word from the moment he arrived in jail.
Sage stood outside her house as she took a deep breath of the fresh welcoming breeze of Pallet towm as the early morning swept across the land.
The events of the past few weeks had weighed heavily on her but now a sense of calm had finally settled over Kanto.
Sage was about to continue her journey as she was determined to achieve her goals of becoming a Pokemon master.
Sage saw Blue, Leaf and Red waiting for her as she smiled and joined them.
Finally the slowpoke has awaken" Blue said with usually cocky smirk.
Nice to see you still have that cocky attitude" Sage mumbled as Leaf giggled while Red had a ghost of a smirk on his face.
We still need to get our Marsh Badge and luckily the Pokemon league hired a new gym leader for Saffron city and his name is Timmy" Leaf said.
Well I guess I'm heading off to Cinnabar Island to get my seventh gym badge" Sage said with a smile.
We are so close to challenging the Pokemon league" Red said as everyone nodded as they couldn't belive how far they have come.
With their goodbyes said, Sage boarded the Magnet Train that would take her toward Cinnabar Island as she could feel the excitement building again.
Meanwhile, Red, Blue and Leaf headed boarded another Magnet Train that was bound for Saffron City and the new Marsh Badge they were set to earn.
The trio shared a few jokes along the way as each one was eager to take on their next task but knowing that there was much more to come in their journeys.
The roads were different, but the goal remained the same—becoming stronger and collecting the badges that would bring them closer to the ultimate challenge.
