Sage stepped into the Cerulean City Pokémon Center as she was happy to be out of the endless rain pouring over Cerulean city as Sage looked and immediately noticed a machine in the left hand corner of the Pokemon center.
It was a sleek, futuristic machine that looked completely out of place among the usual Pokémon Center equipment as It's metallic surface gleamed under the lights and a small screen displayed a menu with several colorful icons.
Curious, Sage approached the counter as Nurse Joy looked over with a kind smile.
Good evening, Trainer. How can I help you?" Nurse Joy asked kindly.
What is that thing? I don't think I've ever seen one before" Sage asked curiously.
Ah, that's the TM Machine Maker. It's a new addition to Pokémon Centers and it was installed by the Pokémon League to help trainers create unique and exciting Technical Machines" Nurse joy smiled.
Wait—create TMs?" Sage asked as her eyes went wide with excitement.
That's right. Trainers can use this machine to craft TMs based on Pokémon types or even let it generate random TMs. However, there's a catch—you can only use it once you've earned the Cascade Badge from Misty's Gym" Nurse joy said.
Sage eyes gleamed with determination as she was going to defeat Misty at all costs and use this new technical machine maker.
Can you show me how it works?" Sage asked.
Of course" Nurse Joy said as she was walked over to the machine as Sage followed closely as she was intrigued.
Nurse Joy inserted a five hundred Poké dollars into the machine and turned to Sage.
First, it costs 500 Pokédollars to use and once you've paid, you select a Pokémon type—like Flying, for example and give your new TM a name. The machine does the rest will create your custom move" Nurse joy said.
Sage watched as Nurse Joy selected "Flying" on the screen as a keyboard popped up and Nurse Joy typed in Gale Slash as the TM's name.
The machine whirred to life and after a few moments a small disc popped out.
Sage's Rotom Phone buzzed as it scanned the disc.

Description: A sharp, cutting wind attack with a chance to lower the target's Speed.
Whoa!" Sage exclaimed as her sparkled in excitement as she could already imagine the possibilities in the future.
It's a great way to give trainers more variety in their strategies and there is also a randomized function but it's a gamble. The TM it creates could be incredibly strong or disappointingly weak" Nurse joy said seriously.
Can we try that one too?" Sage asked eagerly.
Of course" Nurse joy giggled as she selected the randomized option and the machine began working again as this time a TM labeled Fire Tail emerged.
Rotom Phone scanned it.

Description: A physical Fire-type move where the user strikes with a flaming tail.
I can't wait to use this machine after I beat Misty" Sage said excitedly.
Nurse Joy handed the two TMs to Sage with a smile.
Consider these a gift and once you earn your Cascade Badge, you'll be able to create your own as the possibilities are endless!" Nurse joy exclaimed.
Sage held the TMs tightly as her determination growing.

As Sage left the counter and sat down to plan her strategy she couldn't stop thinking about the TM Machine Maker as with tools like this, she knew her team could grow stronger and more versatile than ever before.
