Gems's P.O.V

I wash shocked when I learned that Gray had impregnated me. I am biologically a guy, so getting pregnant was never on my cards but this came as a surprise.

I was taken aback by the news at first, but deep down, very deep, I was happy and I felt warm knowing that Gray and I had chances of starting a family in the future if we wanted to, even though the path would be rocky.

But what I was not ready for was Porlyusica telling me that my body was weak to hold the seed that Gray had planted.

My parents were right when they hated me for being weak, because I hate myself too.

I couldn't take it anymore and I was feeling suffocated inside of Porlyusica's house when she was telling us everything regarding the mating season. I had my hand on my abdomen while thinking about the seed.

I had no option but to get rid of it, if I wanted to live.

This was too much information for me to let it sink in my brain. I took a deep breathe and walked out of her house, in the need of fresh air. I really needed some fresh to breathe in. Everything was spinning.

I immediately walked out and and walked to where Gray parked the magic vehicle and stood there with the help of its support.

‘Why am I so weak!’ I thought as I let my tears fall. This was too much for me.

This was all my fault.

I was trapped in a turmoil where I didn't know what should I do. I felt like a disappointment. My parents would have been ashamed if they were around. They were right, I was a weakling.

I let more tears fall.

“Gemsie...” I heard Gray's voice and tried to compose myself as I wiped my tears away. “Gemsie...” he mumbled as he got closer and tapped me on my shoulder.

I turned around and faced him, trying to be strong as I wiped my tears away.

“I'm sorry...” Gray mumbled.

“Why didn't you tell me?” I asked Gray.

“Gemsie... I'm sorry... I got carried away... I'm so sorry!” Gray said as he pleaded infront of him. None of us had the courage to look into the eyes of the other. “I didn't know it would actually happen!” he added.

“Gray, you could've told me! Its not like I was gonna stop loving you!” I shouted at him as I grabbed him by collar. Gray looked guilty. “I would've been so happy knowing that we could start a family! Our own family! Just us and our babies!” I shouted as I looked at him with teary eyes.

“Sorry...”

“You could've just told me! Gray! You could've at least told me!” I shouted at him again as I let go off his collar and wiped my tears. Gray wasn't looking at me. He was avoiding my gaze.

There was silence between us as we just stood there.

“What else are you hiding, huh?” I asked getting enraged. “Tell me. Because I wouldn't know what do you do in your long missions or who you meet. Are you seeing someone else? Is it that Gray?? Or are yo-” I asked but Gray looked at me with a frown.

“Shut up, Gems!” Gray yelled at me, making me flinch. “The hell you're speaking!?” Gray asked as he grabbed me by shoulders, his grip was tight.

“Do you even have any idea of what did you just say and accuse me of?!” He yelled with watery eyes.

I just looked at him while taking short breathes.
