37: Same Bed, New Position

Normal P.O.V

As the night rolled in, everyone in the guild was geared up for the Fantasia parade, the entire town was full of people who came to see the parade from the nearby towns and cities.

The sky was filled with fireworks, and the air was different with glitters floating all around. Their route was full of people that were gathered to watch the magic display parade.

Natsu and Happy were at the front of the parade, with Natsu using his fire to glow up surroundings.

Cana, Wakaba and Macao had their own float as they showed off their magic skills as they passed by the watchers. Alzack, Jet and Droy were on the next float, as they showed off their magic as well.

Behind them were Lucy, Levy and Bisca. They were dancing and cheering leading, swinging the Fairy Tail flags with both their hands and people were cheering for the girls.

Laki was riding a wooden rocking horse, which she made using her magic and many other guild members who she beat the crap outta during the battle were also on the rocking horses. They were all floating in air.

Elfman and Mirajane were on the next boat and they used their takeover magic make the crowd go crazy.

Gems was behind them, he didn't have a float, he himself was floating in the air with the help of his Charmix. Mirajane helped him accessorize by adding some fur boots and hand bands with long strips on it.

Gems used his wind magic and created waves of wind which would flow in the crowd and make them float a few inches above the ground, they all loved him, especially the kids. The kids loved the glitter that was coming out of his wings.

Gray's float was right behind Gems. He smiled as he looked at how the crowd were cheering for Gems. He wished Gems on the float, with him.

Gray created objects of ice while Juvia showed around with her water magic.

‘I know exactly what I need to do.’ Gray thought as he got into another maker stance. “Ice Make: Gems!”

Gems immediately turned around when he heard those words. His eyes widened and jaw dropped. Gray created a huge sculpture of Gems made of ice on his float.

‘Gems is not this float but Gems is on this float.’ Gray thought as he looked at the masterpiece he created. Juvia was confused a bit.

Gray saw that he had Gems's attention now with that. He looked at Gems and mouthed an ‘I'm sorry’ while joining his hands. Everything Gray just did melted Gems's heart.

“Oh Gray...” Gems blushed while looking down.

The glasses wearing boy just shrugged and flew towards Gray and tackled him down in a hug. The crowd errupted with cheers and laughter at that. “Thank you Gray...” Gems mumbled as he hugged Gray and got up and helped Gray up as well.

He was on his float now.

“This is awesome!” Gems said as he looked at the ice statue behind them.

Elfman and Mirajane smiled as they saw Gray and Gems. It reminded them of Lisanna, in a good way. And they knew how special that bond is.

Gems stood between Gray and Juvia on their float and was now showing his magic whilst being on the float. Gray loved every second of it. He finally got what he wanted.

Behind them was Erza's float and she was showcasing a sword show while dancing.

Reedus, Nab, Warren, Max and Veejiter were behind Erza. And behind them was the biggest float of Makarov. The parade was a hit with so many people in attendance this time.
