“Where the hell are my parents!?” Gems yelled as he dropped the bucket on ground, while Seth just sat on a branch of a tree that was in the back.

Seth just smiled and scoffed.

“You're so naive, but then again, you're just a teenager.” Seth replied as he jumped down and walked towards Gems. “This is how you greet visitors?” Seth asked as Stolas sat on his shoulder.

Gems clenched his fists in anger.

“Where have you kept my parents!? Answer me!” Gems said as he stomped towards Seth. Gems was feeling a lot energy from Seth, but he didn't back down.

“Whoa whoa whoa calm down buddy!” Seth said as if he was a friend of Gems and knew him for long, but he was wrong.

“Stop playing games with me! Who are you!? Why do you have my parents hostage!? How did you even get them!?” Gems asked as he stared into Seth's soul.

“You ask way too many questions for you age.” Seth scoffed again. “Fine, I'll give you the answers that you want so badly.”

Gems just swallowed a lump, the glasses wearing boy was feeling helpless.

“You see, your parents and I have a long history, which is a topic for another day. But I can tell you one thing, I was the one who saved your parents when Deliora was attacking your town. I was the one who saved them from dying that day. And I am the reason why your parents are still alive and breathing till this day!” Seth said in while looking directly into Gems's eye with a firm look.

“So you better watch that tone with me when you open your mouth, because one wrong move and your parents are goners.” Seth added, sounding more mean than he already did.

“What do you mean?” Gems asked as he flinched a bit.

“What I mean is, try anything funny with me and you'll never see your parents ever again.” Seth said in a menacing tone. “Let me show you.” he added as he raised his hand and a screen appeared.

“Mom! Dad!” Gems gasped when he saw his parents tied on a chair in that laboratory.

“Pipe down, they can't hear you.” Seth said rolling his eyes. Seth snapped his fingers and Gems's eyes widened as he heard the loud screams of his mom and dad after they were zapped with electric shock.

“Leave them! Stop it! Stop it!” Gems yelled as he was starting to panic.

Seth just smiled and smirked that snapped his fingers again, stopping the shock. “Like this.” he said as the screen disappeared.

“But why? Why are doing this?” Gems asked as he was starting to get emotional. “How much money do you want? Tell-”

“No buddy.” Seth interrupted while laughing. “Money? Naah, I'll pass on that.”

“Huh?”

“I need something of more value, like your magic.” Seth said as he smirked and had a evil look on his face. “You see there a few more people who used to have the same magic as yours, different element, but enchanted. And I was the one who slayed them to attain the ultimate power.” Seth explained as he walked in circles around Gems.

Gems had sweat drops forming on his forehead as he was processing the information that Seth just gave him.

“And you are the last one of your kind, and a little birdie told me that you were about to reproduce.” Seth said as he petted Stolas.

“Disgusting, how can you stalk something so private?” Gems said while making a disgusted face and covering his abdomen with both his hand.

“So I had no choice but to take away that power before you pass it on into your offsprings. See that's simple, just give me your magic power and take your parents back. That's the trade I offer you.” Seth said with a shrug.
