My father, whenever I do anything: Mashallah. Mashallah.
I swear, the other night I was just eating, and he just started saying it ☠️

🦋2 months later, Marine headquarters🦋
"Any news about the Straw Hats?" Sengoku looked at one of his subordinates as he read the report in his office. The man, who was earlier on tasked to talk to the Cipher Pol earlier in the week, just shook his head.
"No, they couldn't find anything. Ever since Straw Hat and Posion Girl were spotted at Marineford by the ox bell, every trace of them has been missing. The rest of their crew can't be located either. Maybe Kuma sent them to some places where they could have been killed by now?" The man suggested as Sengoku's frown deepened, but he nodded regardless and pointed at the door.
"I see... Regardless of the results, thank you for the work. You are dismissed for now, so go to your normal tasks." The marine nodded his head and saluted at the fleet admiral before he leaned back against his chair.
"Where did you go? The Cipher Pol searched through every island they suspected you and your reckless captain to be at, and there are still no answers... You can't be dead, right, (Y/n)? You are still a baby yourself. You can't be dead now." Sengoku muttered as a sad smile appeared on his face before moving his hand to wipe a stray tear away as he recalled the day he met the girl.
🦋19 years prior, Flevance🦋
The hospital hallway was quiet as the staff and patients looked in awe and surprise when Sengoku and a few of his closest marine men walked past them. Some of the staff started to gossip once the men had walked by, all wondering why he would be here of all places.
Some suspected that he might be sick and came here for treatment since Flevance did have some great doctors. But, they quickly dismissed that idea once they noticed the flower bouquet in his hands. Maybe he was visiting a loved one? Or maybe a marine soldier they were ignorant to was a patient? Well, none of their guesses were correct, and for a brief second, he wished that they were.
Because Sengoku, a man known for facing the strongest pirates, a legend among the marine, could feel his heart leap out of his chest at the thought of meeting his son again after so many years, and the new bundle of joy him and his wife had gotten a few hours prior. It took him a while, but thanks to all of his connections, he was able to locate the trio on Flevance. He didn't know why they would be here of all places, but he didn't care either.
'I have to praise their intelligence. They were able to stay low-key with all their work that only a few people knew about their connections to that wretched army. At least that secured a safe birth of my grandchild.'
"This is the room, sir." One of the marine said, interrupting Sengoku's thoughts.
"Alright. You stay here and keep guard. I don't want any interruptions now." The man ordered and fixed up the collar before knocking a few times, his breath hitching when he heard (F/n)'s voice telling him to enter.
'He probably thinks I am the doctor or someone.' Sengoku thought as he opened the door and walked inside. He then heard (M/n) gasp in shock as his son just groaned in displeasure.
"What are you doing here, old man?" (F/n) asked as he stood in front of the hospital bed, shielding both his wife and newborn.
"I came here to see my grandchild. I didn't even know that you got married, let alone that you are a father now." Sengoku said coldly as he nodded in (M/n)'s direction, and she nervously repeated the action while hiding the baby away from him.
