"Fuck off, Luke."

Michael pushed his best friend away making his way towards the hotel.

He was just so damn annoying, he never moved away even when he knew Michael hated slow people.

Michael somehow managed to convince Ashton to change rooms with him. The last thing he wanted to do right now was to stay in the same space as Luke.

As he rushed to the elevator he could hear Luke asking their bandmates what he did and when Michael turned to press the button he could see the sad expression on the blond boy's face.

"You do know you're being childish right?" Ashton asked Michael, who was too busy setting up his moving gaming station.

"He was annoying."

Ashton sighed. "Mikey... He's really upset about it you know? I told him you're having a bad day but he thinks he actually did something wrong."

Michael knew Ashton just tried to make him feel bad and apologize. The sad thing was he did felt bad when he shouldn't. Luke was annoying the last thing Michael planned on doing was apologizing.

Michael's annoyance quickly spread from just Luke to his entire band.

He should have known something was up the second Ashton asked about when he'll shower. It would make sense if the older boy didn't already shower but Michael was too into his COD game to think rationally.

He knew it was a three out of four job when Luke was moved into the other bed when he returned.

Luke was sitting there on his bed, looking at him with those stupid blue eyes. It was like he was expecting for Michael to shout at him but he did the opposite. Ignoring the singer he moved his belongings from the bed he was sitting on to the other bed and quickly made it under the covers.

He even turned off the lights completely for the dramatic effect.

There was a minute of silence in the room, only their breathing was heard and it drove Michael insane.

"You know what.." Luke said out of the blue, scaring Michael in the process. He turned on the lights and climbed on top of the shocked boy.

Michael wanted to do something, throw him off of the bed but Luke pinned his hands down next to his head.

"What is your problem?" Luke asked, anger prominent in his voice.

Trying to wrestle Luke off Michael gave up but stopped his silence. "You are."

Luke frowned. "What did I do wrong, Mikey?"

Michael rolled his eyes, even he wasn't impressed over how he was acting right now.

"You're just being your annoying self that's what."

Luke opened his mouth as if he wanted to say something but stopped.

"Is it because I didn't want to kiss you yesterday?"

"What? No!" The older boy said quickly. Too quickly.

"Mikey.."

"It's not that, okay? Now get off of me you giant monkey."

Throwing Luke on the mattress Michael turned away and closed his eyes.

"You don't even remember what you promised me on Friday do you?"

Luke's voice was sad and if Michael wasn't feeling bad before he was feeling bad now.

"Why am I not surprised?" Luke asked, more himself than Michael.

"I do," Michael whispered.

"No, you don't!" Luke shouted, he was angry and when Michael turned around he could see tears filling up in the corners of his pretty blue eyes.

"You promised me the next time you'll kiss me you won't be drunk. You promised!"

Michael never felt as bad before. They were celebrating Calum's eighteen birthday that day and he couldn't remember a thing. He wouldn't be surprised if they did kiss because for the past two months they often would. They never kissed when Michael hadn't had at least three rounds of alcohol in his system.

"Lukey.."

"Don't Lukey me. I'm tired of you hiding me, hiding us like you're ashamed of me. Kiss me sober or don't kiss me at all."

Crawling over to where the boy he cared for more than anything was crying, Michael lifted Luke's chin up and wiped away the tears.

Luke didn't push him away but he wouldn't look at his eyes either.

"Lukey I'm not ashamed of you."

The younger boy sniffled and rolled his eyes, clearly not believing the words that were said.

"You're just... You're so beautiful and I only have the courage to kiss you when I'm drunk. I'm a coward, Luke. If I wasn't I'd make you mine the day we wrote our first song together."

Luke blinked away the tears and looked at his friend. Michael could see he was surprised and he couldn't blame him.

"Can I.. Can I kiss you?" Michael whispered, staring directly into the glossy eyes.

"Only if you promise to kiss me when we wake up as well."

Michael smiled. "If you promise to be mine I'll kiss you every time you want me to, in front of anyone you want."

Luke grinned before he closed the short distance and kissed his boy.

"Is that a yes?" Michael mumbled against Luke's lips.

Luke rolled his eyes. "Shut up, Michael."

I realized I couldn't classify as a muke writer if I haven't done a classic shut up Luke.

I love muke.

Haven't you realized that already?

Thoughts?
