Luke had never loved anyone more than he loved Michael. He loved his green eyes, blond hair, red lips, his smile and his cheeks which he would kiss every morning. Basically, Luke loved everything about him.

The only thing he didn't like were voices in Michael's head. They were there since before they knew each other, but lately, they got louder and Luke didn't know what to do.

The two met the day Luke moved to Sydney. Luke was fourteen at the time and Michael was fifteen.

When Luke finished unpacking he decided that he'll go for a walk researching new surroundings. After a while, he decided to stop in a small park where he sat on a swing for a couple of minutes but then all of a sudden he noticed someone sitting bellow the tunnel. Luke decided to introduce himself since it would be nice to know someone who lived close even if the person wouldn't attend the same school as him.

What he first saw was a pair of green eyes. The owner had the palest skin Luke has ever seen on any Australian. When he wanted to say something he saw the boy had his earphones in and he was singing something to himself. Luke could recognize the melody of Famous last words and he smiled to himself because the boy with pretty eyes had great music taste. The boy looked sad. And pretty. But most of all he looked lost.

Suddenly the boy sensed Luke's presence. He looked at him with scared eyes and ripped his earphones out. The stranger looked like he was crying and Luke was pretty sure there were tears in his eyes. Before any of them could say anything Luke was already kneeling next to the boy embracing him in his arms. Luke didn't know a lot about sadness because he was a very happy boy himself. But his mother did tough him to never make fun of sad people and to make them feel better.

All of the sudden rain started falling and both boys just sat there under the tunnel. All he could hear was the boy's fast and uneven breathing which slowly calmed down. After a while, the boy started to move and Luke was sure that he would push him away. What he didn't expect was the boy throwing his hands around his neck and burying his face against Luke's shirt.

Luke loved how the boy smelled. Like flowers. They sat there while the rain was pouring and Luke was sure his mother was worried sick about him but he didn't seem to care enough to send her a text because that would mean removing one of his hands from the boy who smelled like flowers.

The raining slowly turned into droplets and then stopped completely. Flower boy backed away from the hug so he could look Luke straight in the eyes. Luke loved reading and he was pretty sure that now he understood what people thought when they talked about love at first sight. The way the boy's eyes sparkled and the way his cheeks would rise when he smiled at Luke was something so beautiful that Luke could only describe it as love.

The boy stood up and grabbed Luke's hand. Luke wanted to ask a million questions but he didn't want to scare the boy away so he took his hand and followed him. After just a few minutes of walking through the empty streets, they stopped in front of a lovely café. The sign on the door said Karen's café and Luke decided to remember that so he could send his mum a text about his location.

The bell on the door rang and after a second a lovely lady appeared behind the counter.
She smiled and then Luke could see the nice looking lady was the boy's mother for sure because they looked alike.
