Luke slowly followed Michael into the hotel room they shared while touring.

He tried to be as quiet as possible because the older boy was upset and Luke still wasn't sure if today was the day, he'll do something about it or not. Michael has been angry and moody for over a week and for some reason their bandmates trusted that Luke could fix it.

After Michael turned on the TV Luke went and quickly showered, he even made sure to not leave the bathroom too messy after he left. When Michael took his turn after him, Luke changed into his pajamas and waited.

He was sitting with his legs crossed when the dark-haired boy finally came out looking as miserable as he did before.

It only took a couple of minutes for Michael to notice Luke was watching him and he snapped immediately. "What?"

Luke didn't deserve the harsh tone but it didn't mind him.

"What's wrong?" He calmly asked.

"Nothing," Michael grunted but he knew he wasn't fooling everybody.

"Can I take a guess?"

The older boy looked unimpressed as he shrugged his shoulders.

"You're horny."

Michael froze on spot. The way Luke said it seemed so casual but it wasn't. especially when Luke said it, the boy who never talked about sex.

"Shut up." Michael turned off the TV and moved, so he was looking away from him.

Luke sighed. "Look I'm not making fun of you, but I've noticed it. You're tense and it's not because you miss home since we're in Australia, it's not anything else that usually makes you upset."

And yes, Luke had a list.

"I haven't seen you out with a girl or a boy in a while so I guessed it's that. And I know it's not my place but you're being a pain in the ass and rude to everyone so someone needs to deal with it."

"It's not that." Michael quietly said.

"Michael..." Luke didn't want to fight but he didn't want to back off either.

"It's not." The older boy said louder than before. He even turned towards his best friend but still didn't look him in the eyes. "I've been out with someone last week. It's just..." He groaned. "Oh god, why am I talking about my sex life with you?"

Luke's voice was quiet. "Because you know I won't judge."

There was a weak smile on Michael's face. "I noticed that my preferences had changed. And even if I'm with someone I'm not getting what I want."
