Luke couldn't wait to get back to Michael's apartment and cuddle his boyfriend to death.

Michael got off work an hour earlier than him so Luke knew he would already be waiting with a cup of tea and a blanket.

"Babe?" He shouted as he unlocked the door to Michael's small apartment. "Michael?" He tried again after he got no response.

Luke walked into the living room and saw his boy on a couch looking at him weirdly. Like that one time, he scratched one of Luke's favorite CDs by accident.

"Hey, babe," Michael said sheepishly.

Only then Luke noticed the small kitten that was sleeping on Michael's lap.

"Awww." Luke smiled and walked over to touch the little ball of fur.

He kissed Michael and sat down next to him. "Where did you find this little one?"

"I adopted him."

Luke looked at Michael in surprise. He looked a bit unsure but had the biggest smile on his face. Luke knew just how much Michael loved cats.

"Oh, did your landlord finally allow you to have animals?"

Michael looked so happy it made the grumpy Luke feel better.

He was surprised again when his boyfriend shook his head.

"I couldn't just let him there. He looks like me." Michael pointed out. It was true, the cat was black with beautiful green eyes. "It was like he was calling my name, I wasn't really thinking before I was already signing the papers. I thought..."

"That he could stay with me." Luke finished his sentence and smiled at him.

Michael grinned when he saw Luke didn't say no. "I'll buy all the food and drive him to the vet and take care of everything. I'll get you new furniture if he ruins it and..."

Luke pressed his lips against Michael's.

"Maybe I should adopt two kittens."

Michael's eyes widened even more. "Yes, so the little Hanzo can have friends."

Luke laughed. "I meant you."

He stopped smiling. "What?"

Luke pressed a kiss to Michael's cheek. "You, your kitten, and all of your stuff should move in with me."

"Are you serious?"

"Of course. I love you and we spend most of our time together already."

Michael kissed Luke hard, forgetting he had a cat on his lap. "I love you so much. And it's our kitten."

Luke smiled. "I can't believe you named our cat after an Overwatch character."
