I brought Charlie back. you're welcome.

"That's so cool."

That was all Charlie said and repeated a few thousand times while following Michael around BlizzCon.

It turned out that Michael was not only an amazing boyfriend to his dad but also a super cool friend.

They'd play video games together and Michael would always carry their team, so all of Charlie's results got better since they've met.

"Anyone else you want to take a selfie with?" Michael asked when they walked over the entire convention center.

Charlie shook his head. "I only wanted one with Seagull."

"Michael! Michael!" Someone shouted his dad's boyfriend's name. They both turned and saw a reporter with a mic and a cameraman behind her. "Can we do a quick interviewed for the Blizzard YouTube channel?"

Michael looked back at Charlie to see if he'd mind.

"Do it. I'll just wait here and take some pictures to show to dad when we get home."

The older man smiled and nodded to the reporter.

What Charlie really did was made sure that he was in the background of the video so he could show it to all of his friends.

He didn't listen to the conversation but noticed when suddenly the lady pointed at him.

"Is that your fan? Did you do a ticket giveaway on your Twitch channel?"

Michael laughed and shook his head. "No, that's Charlie. He's my stepson and also a big fan of Overwatch and gaming in general."

Charlie waved to the camera but clearly didn't notice the detail which the reporter did.

"Your stepson? I didn't know you were married?"

And Michael usually called him his stepson because it was easier to understand and because they were together for almost two years. It's not like they'll break up.

But Michael blushed and started stuttering. That got Charlie's attention.

"N-no, he's my boyfriend's son."

The reporter was professional enough to not pick up on his weird reaction but Charlie was neither professional nor that kind to Michael to let it go.

"What was that?" He asked Michael the moment the camera was off and they were alone again,

"Nothing." The professional gamer scratched his head.

Charlie looked at Michael with a raised eyebrow.

"Okay, okay..." Michael pulled him in the corner so no one could hear them. "I may have bought a ring last week."

The teenager smiled. "That's so cool. Dad will be so happy." Then thought about it and frowned. "But you didn't think about asking me for the blessing?"

"I just bought the ring." Michael sighed. "I didn't start planning anything. All I know is that I love your dad and I want to marry him, I want us to move in together and be a family."

Charlie grinned.

"But we both know your dad. He's the romantic type. I need to make the proposal special and outside games, I'm not that creative at all."

"You're lucky you have me." Luke's son smiled.

Charlie was the brains behind the master plan he called Clifford-Hemmings plan.

Michael convinced Luke it'll be cool if he'd start doing a gaming series with him. His channel will get more views, he'd get more money and he and Luke would spend more time together.

It also helped that Charlie told his dad that it's an amazing idea and how cool would that make him. And Luke always wanted his son to see him as cool.

So, this was the third Friday in a row that Luke and Michael spend together streaming games. Luke got to choose the game so they played Sims 4.

In the first episode, they made little Sims Michael and Luke, and even Charlie. Then they just played the game and tried to complete as many challenges as possible.

That Friday was the stream so Charlie was in his room watching his dad and Michael play the game.

"Okay, so my Sims is feeling romantic," Michael told his followers and Luke giggled. "What should we do about it?"

"I don't know," Luke answered even if the question wasn't meant for him.

"Okay. So what about this?" Michael clicked on the 'Propose to' option and the little Sim version of Michael dropped to one knew.

"Mikey!" Luke complained. "We said we'll make the game as realistic as possible."

Michael looked at his boyfriend. "I'm so sorry, I'll fix it right away."

"We won't break up in the game."

"That's not what I meant."

And Charlie couldn't see it well over the computer cam but Michael was out of the shot and by where Luke was looking at, he was on the floor.

"Oh my god." Luke hid his face in his hands.

It wasn't planned but Charlie (who was maybe crying but would never admit it out loud) disconnected the internet because that was not something the whole world needed to see.

He connected to Michael's Twitter account over his step-dad's-to-be computer and tweeted.

He said yes.
