"Your eyes look really pretty."
Luke's eyes widened the second he realized that he said that out loud.
Michael stopped welding and looked at his best friend's direction. He had his magnifying glasses on which made his beautiful sage-colored eyes even more stunning.
"What did you say, Lukey?"
"Nothing." Luke blushed and hoped Michael won't notice. He never did but Luke needed to be more careful.
"Can you pass me the screwdriver? Number two I think will be good."
Luke spent most of his afternoons in Michael's garage where his best friend liked to improve and fix things. At least that's what Michael called it.
They would talk but mostly Luke would pass the self-called scientist and inventor tools and reminded him when it was time to eat or do homework.
"W-which one is number two?"
"The smallest one."
Luke stumbled to the large desk where all the tools were clean and nicely organized. He grabbed the small screwdriver and checked it really had the correct number on it.
"Here you go."
Michael took the tool and thanked his best friend. Luke realized he hadn't even checked what Michael was working on today.
He had Michael's last week's work around his neck. Michael made them matching necklaces with a key as a pendant. Luke had yet to discover what exactly the meaning behind it was but he still thought it was pretty.
"Mikey? Why are you ruining my glasses?"
Luke hadn't even realized his glasses were missing from his nose.
Michael took the spectacles off when he finished. He grinned at his friend. "I've stuck a little GPS thing inside your glasses, it connects to an app I've made so whenever you'll lose them again it'll be easy to locate them."
In complete awe, Luke walked over and took his second eyes and checked them. There was no scratch on them what so ever.
"You're amazing," Luke whispered.
Michael stood up and took the glasses from Luke's hands and placed them on Luke's face. He then kissed the blond boy's adorable nose.
"Let's go get some dinner."

"Luke."
The blue-eyed boy looked up from his comic seeing Michael was approaching him. The older boy had a frown on his face so Luke put his sandwich down, directing all of his attention to him.
"What's wrong Mikey?"
Michael sat down in front of him, his breathing heavy as if he was just running.
