I HOPE THIS IS NOT CONFUSING. My brain is a bit dead from studying.

Luke definitely wasn't as nervous as he thought he'd be in this situation.

Only his favorite musician of all times, his role model was standing in front of him. No big deal.

"You're higher than most of my fans." Michael Clifford joked as he went in to hug him.

Then it got kind of surreal.

Luke got a bit dizzy but still squeezed Michael as hard as he could without hurting him.

"You said your first words to me will be thank you for being my biggest fan, not the tallest."

He couldn't even believe that he managed to make a joke in front of Michael.

There were about twenty other fans, mostly, well all girls, around them and they were all watching their interaction. Because of course they all knew who Michael was, but they also knew who Luke was.

It took a second but Michael started laughing. Luke couldn't believe he heard his laugh in person for the first time. He did hear him laugh many times at concerts, just never because of him.

"You're Luke? As in my first ever update account?" Luke nodded.

Michael smiled and pulled him in for another hug. Luke never felt happier.

He and Michael used to talk a lot or they'd tweet at each other before Michael got this popular.

"You changed so much," Michael said quietly because the girls were still around them and some were filming. "It's been a while since you posted a picture of yourself."

"I post plenty of selfies on my personal account but you blocked me, remember?"

"Oh yeah." Michael was still smiling and Luke was so happy it was because of him. That he got to make him happy like Michael and his music did every day. "We had a fight about our favorite pasta, right?"

Luke could talk with Michael like this, at the airport for hours. But his security guard was getting impatient and other fans wanted to hug him.

They took a few photos. And Luke didn't look that bad on them.

Michael looked amazing.

"See you at the concert tomorrow," Luke said goodbye and watched his favorite person leave.

When Michael left, he turned to the girls. "You all need to send me all the videos."

When he got back home, he told the entire story five times, to his mum, twice, to his brothers, his best friend on the phone and he wrote it down for his updating account.

Michael liked both the tweet and the photo and when Luke switched to his personal account, he noticed Michael unblocked him, followed him, and wrote him a direct message.

MichaelClifford: We should hang out tomorrow after the show if you want to. (:
