Luke opened the door and tried to kiss his boyfriend. Michael squeezed past him and put everything he was holding on the table.

He looked nervous and in Luke's opinion totally adorable.

"So I've bought diapers and some audiobooks on CDs and-"

Luke kissed Michael and instantly calmed him down. He completely melted into his boyfriend's hold.

The younger boy had no idea why Michael was so nervous. He asked him a week ago if he wanted to help him babysit his niece and Michael agreed to it momentarily. Since then he called every day to either ask Luke if it was really okay that he babysits her, if he wouldn't be too much of a bad influence on her with his dyed hair or if he wasn't just too clumsy for the task.

When Luke finally let their lips part he grabbed Michael's face with both of his hands. Their noses were almost touching and they were staring into each other's eyes.

"Firstly, she's four so she's too old for diapers. Secondly, stop worrying. Hannah can't wait to meet you and I know you'll be great with her."

Michael smiled and pecked his boy's lips. "In that case, I also bought stuff to make cupcakes and an adorable decorating kit with which you can make them look like princesses or football balls. She can pick."

Luke laughed and helped Michael unpack both the diapers and the baking ingredients. "I'm not sure if you're trying to make her like you with the cupcakes or just make me like you more."

"Well every Hemmings I've met has a sweet tooth, I figured Hannah is just like her uncle."

"You are my favorite you know that?"

The younger of the two hugged his boyfriend from behind and placed his head on Michael's shoulder as he watched him prepare stuff for their cupcake party.

"I do." Michael agreed. "But now get your hands off of me. Don't start anything we can't finish."

The bell rang and Luke unwillingly peeled himself from Michael. "It's you who has the dirty mind in this relationship, not me."

A minute or so Luke returned to the kitchen with a small human on his back. The resemblance between Luke and his niece was obvious, from blue eyes to the blond curls. Hannah looked like she was Luke's.

"Hannah, this is my boyfriend Michael," Luke said as he lifted the girl from his back to his front so he could see her face. "Uncle Lukey loves him a lot, okay? So you have to be nice to him or he'll run away from me."

Michael was biting down on his lip to hide away a smile but nothing but fondness was radiating from his face.

"Do you like him more than penguins, uncle Lukey?"

This time both Luke and Michael laughed. "Yes, honey. More than penguins."

"Okay." The child said and turned around and made grabby hands towards Michael.

Michael glanced at Luke but when he only smiled at him he reached forward to get the girl in his hands.

"Hi Hannah, I'm Michael."

The little girl squeezed his cheeks and Luke giggled in the background.

"Hello. Can I call you Mikey?"

"Sure." When she let go of his cheeks Michael carried her to the table when the ingredients were laid down. "Do you want to make some cupcakes with me and Luke?"

Her eyes lighted up and she looked at Michael. "Can we make them look like your and Luke's wedding cupcakes?"

"We sure can." When Michael agreed he was looking at Luke with a smile on his face.

"Baby. Michael. Wake up."

Michael opened his eyes and felt Luke rubbing his cheek. The last thing he remembered was eating cupcakes with pink decoration on the while singing to top 10 blink-182 songs on MTC with Hannah on his lap. The pink cream was what Luke was rubbing off his face.

"Where's the little one?"

"My brother just picked her up. She was asleep too."

Michael pulled Luke down on the couch on top of him. "Do you think she liked me?"

"I mean she invited you to her four and a half birthday party so you're pretty special. She doesn't like to share her cake with just anyone."

"She's a true Hemmings indeed."

Luke laughed and kissed Michael to shut him up.

"What are you thinking about?" Luke asked when Michael zoned out.

"Us. She looked so much like you and I'm sad our kids won't look like you."

Just the thought of raising a kid with Michael made Luke extremely happy.

"We can always hire a surrogate mother. Make one look like me and one look like you."

Michael smiled at the idea. "I'd like that."

"I love you," Luke whispered and pressed their lips together.

By the way, Michael kissed back Luke knew he felt the same.
