Just to be able to touch Michael in over a year made Luke burst into tears.

His ex-boyfriend held him and didn't let go even when Luke wanted to push away.

"I'm sorry," Michael whispered in his ear. "If I made things hard for you. I only did this because you asked me to."

Luke chuckled but it sounded as miserable as he looked. "It's funny how you'd do everything for me except be in a relationship with me."

Michael sat Luke down. "That's not true."

"Then why did you lie to me?"

"As funny as it'll sound, I did it for you."

Just like Michael predicted in his head, Luke rolled his eyes.

"Babe, you prioritized our relationship above everything. We both know it's true, you'd apply to the same school as me just so we could be together. And I wanted you to follow your dream, not mine."

"But you could have at least told me that you didn't want me to go after you," Luke mumbled. "Yes, I'd be mad but we could try to have a long-distance relationship."

This time, Michael laughed. "Honestly, I thought we would. I knew that after I'd enroll in the uni there was nothing you could do to go after me. When you broke up with me and I regretted what I did so badly. Then I realized that was the first thing in years you did for yourself and not for me or our relationship."

"I was a bit obsessed with how we were," Luke admitted.

"Luke you said that if I ever cheated on you, you'd probably forgive me. That to me was shocking."

The younger man looked at his lap.

"And I'm not blaming it on you, I'm just saying that maybe this was for the best. I miss you like crazy. I still love you and you know that."

Luke finally looked up and smiled at Michael.

"Friends?" He asked and offered his hands to Michael.

The older boy just pulled him into a hug.

"Would you like to introduce yourself?" Calum asked.

"I'm Luke, this is Michael." Luke smiled. "We're boyfriends."

To mood in the studio was much different than two years ago when the two of them were here for the first time.

Even Calum was smiling as he asked the questions. "Would you like to tell our viewers a bit about your story? What changed since you were here last?"

"The last time we were here my hair was red, it's black now," Michael announced proudly earning a pinch from Luke. "Besides that, we were here as exes playing truth or drink and today we're here as boyfriends playing fear pong."

"And before you even ask." Luke looked at Calum who took the pride in getting them back together. "After the last time we were here we became friends. Only a couple of months back when Michael graduated and moved back to Sydney we went on another first date and now we're back together."

"What I will ask is; do you regret breaking up?"

"There were tears and broken hearts." Michael smiled while squeezing Luke's hand. "But to be honest I'm not sure we'd still be together if we wouldn't break up."

They smiled at each other and if there wouldn't be ten more people in the room and four cameras Michael would totally kiss Luke.

"You two ready to drink some beer?"
