Michael was extremely excited to see Luke. It was Friday and he hasn't seen his baby for the entire week because he had to work and Luke had to study.

His sugar baby but he still treated Luke like he was his long-term companion.

With a lot of love and respect.

It was clear Luke was under the shower so he didn't bother shouting a hello. They went to dinner every Friday so Michael wouldn't surprise or scare Luke.

What he did though was almost scare himself to death when he saw bags filled with clothes on the living room floor.

Michael was taking Luke to Bali after he was done with exams but he was pretty sure that was next weekend? Or not.

The apartment was officially Michael's but Luke was living in it for over a year and totally redecorated and made it his own. Michael knew his sugar baby had a big calendar in his room where he put down all the important dates so he hurried to see how badly he messed up.

He didn't.

This entire weekend had nothing planned except for their regular Friday dinner and usually a sleepover.

"Luke?" He called as soon as he heard the bathroom door open.

In the time they knew each other, Michael only saw Luke cry once and that was when his money situation was so difficult for him, he accepted Michael's offer to spoil him to death in exchange for his time.

That deal quickly started to include kisses but they were a plus for both of them.

Now, as Luke was standing in front of Michael, he saw him cry for the second time.

"What's wrong?" Michael was next to him in a moment and before Luke could complain he hugged him.

He felt Luke relax in his hold but he was starting to hiccup and Michael was really starting to worry.

"Luke? What is it?" Michael whispered against his skin calmly. "Is it your exams? Because if you failed any, it's probably my fault for making you go with me to that party last weekend, I'm sorry."

"It's not you, Michael." He said, his voice still shaking. "You're perfect. My exams went okay. Thank you."

"Okay." The older man pulled Luke to the sofa. "What is it then? Is there somebody sick back home? Do you need my plane?"

Luke shook his head but refused to look up.

"Luke, you're worrying me, baby. You know that I don't like it when you don't talk to me."

He nodded and wiped the tears away. Michael offered him his hand and he took it but still avoided his gaze.

"One of my friends from high school was in town so we went out. You know when I asked you if I can use my credit card on a dinner for two?"
