MUKE one shots ♡

"He'll be here any minute Luke. Don't give yourself a heart attack."

Liz smiled at her son as he kept jumping to see over the crowd of people who got off the plane.

"I can't see him."

"He'll come." She pulled him closer to her just so her son wouldn't get thrown out from the airport. "You're taller than most people Luke, I'm sure he'll see you."

Liz didn't hear what her son had to say as he pulled away from her like a dog on a leash and started running.

"Michael!"

He wasn't as tall as him but tall enough for Luke to notice him immediately. The moment his boyfriend spotted him his entire face lit up making Luke even more in love.

Michael let go of his suitcase and spread his arms so Luke was able to crash into a tight hug.

"Oh my god," Michael whispered with his thick Australian accent. "I can't believe you're real."

Luke was trying to contain his tears but like always Michael found a way to make him smile. "I love you."

"No, no." Michael laughed and they backed away. He immediately grabbed Luke's hands in his. "You're not going to say those words for the first time not looking at me."

Luke's grin was so wide it made a few strangers around them smile.

"I love you." He laughed. "So much."

Michael let go of his hands and grabbed his face. "I love you too." He rubbed their noses together and then leaned in for a kiss.

Luke let out a whine of nothing but pure happiness over the fact that after two years of loving him, he was finally able to kiss Michael.

It took Liz twenty minutes to separate the two boys and have them collect Michael's luggage.

"See mum, you're always complaining about how much I overpack. Look how much Mikey packed for two weeks."

"What do you mean two weeks?" Liz asked and looked from one boy to the other.

Michael just couldn't be mad at Luke's mother even though she ruined the surprise.

"Michael..." Luke took Michael's hands. "What is she talking about?"

"I wanted to surprise you but I had to tell her or more ask her if I could stay at your house for a bit longer than planned." The look on Luke's face was cracking him up.

"How much longer?" Luke asked ready to punch Michael for being so mean to him.

"I got accepted to uni here. So for a while."

For the second time that day, Luke jumped into Michael's hold and this time he didn't hold the tears back.

"I mean I'm not staying at your house for that long." Michael laughed at how strongly Luke was holding him. "But until I can't find a proper place to live."

"Mum." Luke looked over Michael's shoulder to see her taking a video of her son and his boyfriend. "I'm moving out."
