I woke up to feel an uncomfortable pulsing sensation in the back of my head. It was so intense and so excruciating that it felt like Dad used his brute strength and just whacked me upside the head. Painfully, I reached for the back of my head as I felt a slight line of wetness resting underneath my hair. I took my hand away from my head as I gasped in horror to see fresh red blood at the tips of my fingers. How the hell did this happen? Why was I bleeding on the back of my head?  I tried my best to remember what had happened before I received this unknown injury to my head but nothing came to me. I looked up, blurred eyed, as I saw a broken down tattered sign that read Rosenquartz  Railroad  blowing mildly in what looked to be the early morning. Rosenquartz railroad? What was that sign doing here at the mansion?

I closed my eyes quickly as my eyes regained their vision. Weakly, I scouted my surroundings and realized that I wasn't in the Forrester mansion as I thought. I was at an abandon run down railroad laying on rusty tracks. Again, I ask how did I end up here? Like an old man trying to get out of bed, I slowly rose up but failed as I felt a force on my right hand that stopped me from getting up. Both confused and curious, I turned to my right as I realized that there was a thick white piece of rope tied around my hand that was attached to the railroad tracks. It dawned on me that someone was playing a sick twisted game here. Someone actually went out their way to tie me to railroad tracks for their own amusement. But who? Was it Wyatt? Was it Hope? Was it Ivy? Who?

I struggled miserably and painfully to pull my hand from the thick knotted rope but it was useless. I tried to use my left hand to undo the knot but I stopped as someone reached for my hand gently. I froze as I felt a rough tightness on my once free hand and that's when I knew that whoever this gentle handed person was, who took my hand a few seconds ago, must be the same person who put me here in the first place. Quickly and over flowing with pain and anger, I turned to see who this villainous clown was. To my surprise I saw Cressida making a tight knot around my hand to the point my circulation was probably going to be cut off any minute from now. I stared at the woman that was suppose to be my girlfriend as my brain restored everything that had happened earlier. Cressida was probably the reason why I was bleeding in the back of my head. I remembered that I was trying to call Lieutenant Baker on her when she admitted that she was plotting to help Quinn kill me. I didn't get far in explaining all this to Baker which gave Cressida the opportunity to knock me out with one of those dessert plates.

I glared up at Cressida and she must've felt my glare because her big eyes, that use to be beautiful to me, looked right back at me. She looked guilty because she knew that whatever it was that she was doing was wrong. Cressida made one final knot on my hand as she quickly looked away from me.

"I'm sorry Liam," she said remorsefully. "I'm sorry it has to be like this."

"Sorry ?!" I asked outraged sounding a lot like my old man. "Are you really sorry Cressida? Are you really? Because if someone was sorry they would never lie to the ones that they care about. In fact, they wouldn't even have the audacity to tie their love ones to train tracks!" Cressida stared sadly as she bowed her head. My voice soften because I felt bad for raising my voice at her even though she did deserve it. "Why am I here anyway Cressida?" Cressida's lip trembled as I saw the starting of tears form in her eyes. "There's no need to cry, just answer me Cressida. Please."

"I can't Liam," Cressida choked out. "I just can't." She looked at me as she slowly started to back away from me. I hope she wasn't planning on leaving me here like this. "I'm sorry." As I predicted, Cressida picked up her dress and ran away crying.

"Why Cressida!?" I called after loudly. "Why can't you tell me? For crying out loud, I loved you! Do you hear me? I loved you!"

"Oh shove a cow in it Liam!"
