CLARY POV
      I'm five years old, and my sister is 16. She put on a kissing booth in her school Fair, and I had to work it. Because I got into her wallet and bought some art supplies when I went to target with my mom. I lied and said it was Chores money. I've been kissed and hugged by a bunch of teens. They weren't creeps, they were Just babying me, thinking I'm adorable. I sigh as I stare at the face painter across the aisle. I wish I could help her.

JACE POV
     I turned six a couple months ago, and I had to come to my brothers fair because mom and dad were going on a date, and I'm too young to be alone. So I'm at the fair with my brothers jerk friends. "Hey, half eye," My brother says. He always bugs me with my heterochromia. Although, i get told daily that my eyes are absolutely beautiful, so it doesn't bother me.
      "What?" I ask.
       "We bought you a ticket, but first you have to promise you'll do what the ticket is for... promise?" He asks. I smile. Danny never does anything nice for me. So I nod vigorously. He grins. "The ticket, is for you to kiss that girl over there" I look to where he was pointing and see a redhead girl. And I immediately recognize her as the girl in my class. Clarissa Fray. Alec always bothers her, telling her how short and annoying she is. I blush crimson red. She's also the girl I have a crush on.
       "Nu-uh! No way!" I say shaking my head.
        "You promised half eye, you have to keep your promises." He slaps the ticket on my chest and shoved me towards the booth. Nope, Danny still can't do anything nice for me. I give the ticket to Clary's older sister she takes it and shreds it as she points behind towards her sister.
       "Go ahead," she says. I walk up to Clary. She was staring at the face paint across the aisle. I look towards my brother only to find him filming and howling with laughter with his friends. I look back at Clary and take a deep breath. Just do it! Quick and simple. Just kiss her like you kiss mom and grandma...ok, just go for it. I lean in to kiss her. But clary moves her face towards me, and I accidentally kiss her lips. She pulls away in shock. I felt a jolt as she kissed me though. I felt as if my hair looked like you just rubbed a balloon against it. Clary stares at me in shock. I grab her shirt and pull her in and kiss her again. I pull away and step back hesitantly. Then I stumble back towards my brother as clary stares at me in shocked surprise. I smile as we go back home. The thing with Danny is that he's too much of a jerk to have his first kiss. Which means, I, a six year old, had my first kiss before me...and the fact that it was the girl I had a crush on was a bonus.

   And to this day, as I wrap my arms around my pregnant wife and baby girl. I can't help but thank Danny for making me kiss my future
wife when we were little. Because without that kiss, I wouldn't have what I have right now.
