ELEAZAR trusted me and yet, I failed him because of my stupid malevolence towards Ethan Brelsford...

"It does not give you the right to take a flight from one continent to another just because Addie told you to do so. And you woman, you know that this will happen. You deliberately feed information to make this stubborn child jealous. Both of your misdemeanor will not be tolerated!"

"Hey old man, hindi ko sinabi kay Raphael na pumunta dito ah? Wala akong alam sa sinasabi mo," sagot ni Addie kay Eleazar na parang nang-aasar pa.

"You pretty much did when you told him that Jade is beginning to like the guy. You purposely made him jealous because you knew that he will not think twice in coming back here. Kilala ko kayong dalawa. Both of you are unimaginably bull-headed!" sabi ni Eleazar na hindi pa rin nawawala ang galit sa akin.

"Teka lang ah? Bakit lahat ata kayo assuming na nagseselos ako dahil may bagong laruan si Jade? Who said I care about her? Hindi niyo ba naisip na gusto ko lang ng time-off sa school? Wala ako pakialam kahit may bago siyang boytoy. I don't even care if she metamorphose into the new whore of Babylon," sabi ko sa kanilang dalawa na nagpataas ng kilay nila.

Obvious sa mukha nila na hindi sila naniniwala sa palusot ko. Eleazar looked at me with his pair of dark eyes. I don't know if he will laugh at me or will lash out on me. Si Addie naman ay tinignan pa ko mula ulo hanggang paa na parang sinasabi na - "Sinong niloko mo, Raphael?"

"Time off? Sa gitna ng school week? Binabalaan kita, Raphael. Leave her alone. Nilalagay mo sa panganib si Jade hanggang nandito ka. Unless, you really did fall for her and now you are too apprehensive because she has a boyfriend."

"Pffft! Ako? Nahulog kay Jade Cardwell? Eleazar, for your information, hindi niya boyfriend si Ethan Brelsford."

"Hindi daw na-fall? Ewan ko sa'yo!" Addie said as she rolled her eyes.

"Kayong dalawa, can you stop conspiring against me? Addie, I thought you are with me on this? Akala ko ba kampi tayo laban kay Eleazar?"

"Eh para ka kasing selosong boyfriend. Oh pardon me, ex-boyfriend for that matter."

"Addie," I said her name with a warning.

"Raphael, you dumped her. Wala ka ngang balls makipag-break sa kanya ng maayos. Kawawa naman si Jade. She does not deserve that pain. You are a heartless being, Raphael Lancaster! You are the duplicitous monster, not Ethan Brelsford."

"That is so funny, Addie! Can you just shut up?" I said in an angry voice as I sat on the sofa.

Mukhang nabaligtad ang mga pangyayari. Dapat magkakampi kami ni Addie laban kay Eleazar, pero mukhang ako ngayon ang pinagtutulungan nila.

"Master, alam mo na kampi ko sa'yo, pero malaki talaga ang kasalanan mo kay Jade. You intentionally hurt her."

"This is part of your scheme, you and Chase! Kayo ang may gusto na magpanggap ako na boyfriend ni Jade para protektahan siya. Did you ask me if I would like to be his boyfriend? Hell, no! First, I have no plans on having a relationship with her. Who in his right mind would take Jade as his girlfriend? Secondly, I just followed you like it was my duty to be his boyfriend. Did you hear me complain? Thirdly, it was Eleazar's decision to leave Fordbridge as soon as possible. Huwag niyo ko sisihin as if kasalanan ko ang lahat!
