A/N I thought of an idea ☺️ hope u guys like it. Sorry it's so short.
Lucas is sitting home alone, boredly. His parents were out for the night and his siblings were out being social.
But him? Nah. His friends were all busy with family stuff expect for one... Maya.
Lucas took out his phone and texted the blonde.
Lucas: hey wanna come over??
After a few minutes, he got a reply.
Maya: sureeee.
This was pretty unusual. Maya and Lucas hardly hang out when they aren't in school except for when they are with Farkle and Riley.
Lucas: cool.
He put his phone down and waited.
-with Maya-
Maya kept reading the text over and over.
Cowboy invited her over to his house... Alone.
Why do I get this tingly feeling inside of me when I think that? She wondered.
She shrugged and walked out the door, heading to Lucas's house.
She had been to Lucas's house before but with Riley and Farkle too. But since they were busy they would be there alone.
She reached his apartment and knocked on his door.
He answered it a few seconds later and smiled.
"Hey come in." He said.
She walked in and they took a seat on the couch, just staring at each other.
"Well this is weird." Maya commented.
Lucas nodded. "You know we hardly even know each other if you think about it."
"How about we change that?" Maya said.
They smiled and started sharing stories.
-2 hours later-
They were both laughing.
"Wow really?" Maya said in between laughs.
"Yeah, but he's okay now." Lucas said smiling.
"Wow I can't believe your brothers head got stuck in a fence."
Suddenly, Lucas's older brother Derek walked in. "Hey I was only 5 give me a break!" He said, hearing the whole time.
"And I wish I had a camera." Lucas said.
Derek rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Dude who's your girlfriend?" He said eying Maya.
Maya's face turned red and Lucas's did as well.
"She's just my friend." Lucas said
Maya smiled at the word. This was the start of a nice friendship.
