Amina laid out beside me making me grin. She was easy to put down but still a great accomplishment.
I moved her hair out her face to kiss her cheek. She's so beautiful to me she's everything I've ever wanted. She listens to what I say and doesn't do shit that I don't like her doing.
I could never let another nigga get a hold of her.
"You leaving?" She asked me.
I shook my head but her eyes weren't open so I'd have to speak.
"No, just wanted a kiss" I told her as I rubbed her back.
She nodded and turned before lifting her head up in confusion. She looked at me and furrowed her eyebrows before just laying her head back down.
"You okay?" I asked her and she nodded.
"Yeah I was just a little confused at first" she admitted.
I nodded "we're you scared?" I asked her, remembering how jittery she was.
She shook her head "I was nervous" she admitted.
I put my hands in her hair, rubbing her scalp. She closed her eyes as I did it, drifting off to sleep I guess.
"Jahseh" she called.
"Huh?"
"Do you love me?" She asked me making me furrow my eyebrows.
"Of course I love you" I told her and she nodded.
Her asking me that made me realize I'd never said it to her. But I've loved her since I seen her. Since she was walking up to the store. I knew I wanted her then I just wasn't confident enough.
Thankfully a couple sips at a party can help me gain that.
I continued to play in her hair but didn't question her love for me. I don't care if she doesn't love me because I know she will soon. She has no choice but to love me.
Once I started to hear her light snores I got up from the bed and put my sweats on along with a shirt because I know her parents have cameras downstairs. I went down and got me a bowl and started to make me some cereal before my mind drifted.
Hold the fuck up, do these cameras have sound? Fuck if they have sound that's our ass. Her parents are comfortable enough with me to where they'll cuss my ass out too.
I just stared at the camera before going upstairs with the cereal and searching to see if the have sound or not.
And thank god they don't.
"Hey I'm hungry too" Amia mumbled making me look at her.
"No you not, you not even awake" I laughed at her.
