Today was a day that I was finally alone, Jahseh and Stokeley had to go to Denver for a show and my mom said no. So I was alone and would be for about 3 days which was fine with me.
I traveled down the aisle of the store, trying to find my chips. I mean I had already been down the aisle twice but I just felt like I was missing them.
"How many times you gone look for those chips?" I heard the man say at the front desk making me giggle.
"I just really want them to appear" I joked and he nodded.
I decided to go ahead and go up to the front counter to pay. After I paid I started my walk back home.
I missed the silence of being by myself and not feeling like I'm doing something wrong. Talking to the man in the store would've definitely got me in trouble but I'm alone for now.
As I walked up the busy road a girl caught my attention. She was sitting on the curb with her head in her hands, crying. Usually I mind my business but her figure just looks so familiar.
"Um are you okay?" I asked her, kind of leaning over.
When she looked up at me my jaw dropped to see it was Ciara. I wanted to walk away but that would be rude considering the fact that I'm looking at her red face stained with tears.
She chuckled "you're the last person I would think to ever ask me that right now."
I shrugged "I didn't know it was you" I spoke honestly.
She nodded and place her head back in her hands "I'm sorry for what Isaiah did to you, literally so sorry I just- I just loved him so much and I don't think anyone else will love me that much but now he's just gone" she cried.
I sighed "Ciara, he beat on you I don't think that was love."
"He only did it because I wouldn't listen, because I decided to talk to another man" she cried more.
"I caused him to hurt the both of us and now I'm sure Jahseh did something with him" she told me.
"Why you would you say that?" I asked her with a scrunched up face.
"Because he hurt his precious little Amia" she chuckled which only confused me more.
"It's okay, I wished I was loved like that. He never lets anything happen to you that nobody has to pay for" she continued making me sigh.
"Ciara do you want me to walk you home?" I asked her and she shook her head.
"I like sitting here, it's the last place I seen Isaiah" she told me making me nod.
She was right in front of the ice cream shop.
"Okay well I'm leaving okay?" I asked her and she nodded.
"Just remember you don't know him as good as you think, if he did it once he'll do it again."
