"How was your first day?" Leyton was home when I got back! Which is unusual?
"Great! The staff are brilliant; I treated three patients today ..."
"My super star ... listen I've ran you a bath upstairs ... everything is ready for you ... I then thought we could have dinner cooked by me?"
"Sounds perfect" I kissed him. This was a side I've never seen of him before, was this Leyton before Avery?

He wasn't wrong he had ran me a bath .. it was surrounded with rose petals in the bath candles all around - it was peaceful and beautiful. I got changed into a small number - a little effort goes a long way.

I came down to a candle lit dinner - music playing softly in the background ... "you look beautiful" Leyton smiles and kisses me softly before pulling out my chair for me to sit. He made a beautiful steak dinner my favourite.

"This is so beautiful ... Thankyou"
"Anything for you ... there is a reason why I've done this ..." he starts talking. "Come with me?" He holds out his hand.
And takes me out back to the fire pit .. it was peaceful the sound of the wood burning against the flames.
"You know these last weeks and months have been a whirlwind ... and I vowed to myself I wouldn't fall for anyone again ... that was until I met you ... seeing you walk the street, at the club, I wanted to protect every hair on your hair ... protect you from hurt ... I want you to know, I'm here for the long run, for you, for both of you" he placed his hand on my stomach.

"What I'm trying to say, April Rhodes. Will you be my girlfriend? I love you ..." he what? My emotions were every where right now .. I just cried. Full on tears.
"Yes ... and I love you more than you'll ever know!" I say between breaths of tears, he lifts me up and kisses me so it takes my breath away.

I've never felt love like this. Sure I've had ex boyfriends but nothing compares to how much I love Leyton.

This is only the beginning of what I can expect a roller coaster and I was ready for this ride.
