"Hey Brian." Suzy croaked out. Whirling around, his eyes were now glued onto her. "Great job." She smiled, holding up both thumbs. He simply smiled over at her.

"Thank you. You did great too." He was about to turn around when he heard her start to say something. "Hm?"

"Hm?" She repeated.

"Weren't you about to say something?" He watched as she began to fight with herself right then.

"A-ah no. It's fine." He gave her a curious look which made her keep going. "I-I was gonna ask you if wanted to go out for lunch, but then I realized that I have another shoot right after this. Just stupid stuff, you know?"

"Hm." He nodded. "Well, good luck on your shoot. See you later tonight, I guess."

"Yeah." She nodded. "You will."

At her shoot, all that she could think about was Brian. She couldn't help but wonder if they were still truly friends. To her, his actions said one thing - that he wanted next to nothing to do with her outside of the film, but on the other hand, his eyes always said something else - that he wanted things to work in a way that she had never imagined.

Sighing to herself, she snapped out of her thoughts as she reentered the shoot. It was finished before she knew it and the sky had just begun to darken. Checking her phone for updates, she was upset at the lack of check ups from Brian.

Then again, who could blame him? She sighed to herself as she drove off toward the next shoot for Sweet Chaos.

Upon arrival, she threw on her friendly 'I'm fine' smile, which everyone bought, as usual.

"Hey, Soo. Bad news. Young K went home sick today after getting food poisoning. So we're gonna just shoot your solo scenes today. Alright?" Director Lee said.

Her body went into a state of shock. Food poisoning? She thought. "Jesus, Brian." She sighed to herself before turning her gaze back to Spike Lee. "Thank you for telling me. I'll be sure to check on him later." Nodding in response, Spike Lee walked off to prepare for the upcoming scene.

Pulling her phone out, she immediately texted Brian.

Suzy: Hey,
Just heard you're sick. Need anything?

Staring her phone, she hoped that he would text back before she had to return to the shoot. But, unfortunately, the phone only vibrated with a reply after she had set it down for the next scene.

After the shoot, she immediately checked her phone for any texts from Brian and to her surprise, there were none. He must be sleeping.. She thought with a sigh as she started engine to her car. Sooner than later, she arrived at the house and began furiously knocking and ringing the doorbell to get his attention. After fifteen minutes of trying, he finally answered the door. The fact that he was sick was all over his face and posture as he rubbed his eyes.

"What Sue?" He lightly snapped.

"Listen, I know you were sleeping, but I was worried about you since you didn't reply."

"I'm fine. You can go now." He said, scratching his head. She rolled her eyes.

"Hell no. Let me in and go lay down." She said, pushing past him.

"Wha-?"

"I didn't buy you all these damn groceries for nothing. Go lay down. Everything will be done by the time you wake up." She said, tying up her hair after putting the groceries down. He couldn't help but smile at her. Catching his gaze, she shooed him away. "Go on." He walked away without another word, still wearing the smile.

While cooking, her mind began to wander off.

She imagined a world where she was cooking and Brian would come up from behind her, wrapping his arms around her and kiss her cheek. She smiled at the thought of their rings shining right next to each other. Or even the possibility of them cooking together as husband and wife.

"Ow!" She exclaimed after burning herself on the pot. "Dammit! Get it together and stop daydreaming!" She paused in confusion while preparing the food. "Why am I even thinking about that? Jeez." Shaking her head, she continued to work. A few hours later, she brought the food up to Brian. Knocking on his door, she waited for him to answer. "Brian? Are you decent?" Her eyes immediately went over to the door that was opening down the hall, catching sight of Brian wiping his mouth. Her heart sunk as she thought about the possibility of him just finishing up a session with the toilet. Once he caught sight of her, she spoke up. "Just go lay back down. Are you hungry?" Upon setting himself on the bed, he sighed.

"Yes and no. My body is hungry, but I don't think I can stomach to eat another thing right now. I don't wanna throw up again."

"Well, I did some research and I found out that drinking liquids helps food poisoning. So I made you some chicken and vegetables broth."

"Just set it down. I'll eat it later." She sighed and shook her head

"Brian, no. I can't let you do that. This isn't the flu."

"Feels like it." He mumbled, placing his arm over his eyes.

"When was the last time you ate something?"

"I don't know. What time is it now? A few hours ago?"

"It's 11:30."

"Yeah. So about.. Not since lunch time."

"Okay no. Brian sit up. You're eating this soup." She snapped, taking a seat on the bed with the soup in her lap. He sighed as he properly adjusted himself. With his eyes still closed, she brought the spoon up to his lips before telling him to open them.

"You're feeding me now?" He chuckled.

"Well, I don't expect you to feed yourself if you don't wanna eat."

"I'm not a child." He grinned as she brought another spoonful to his mouth.

"Shut up and eat." Once the spoon was in his mouth, she retorted back with, "Yes you are."
