The last three months had been surprisingly normal.
Most students behaved like decent human beings and I got through with all of the learning material as planned.
Severus had apparently decided that all of the students were helpless cases which were why the wall had some red inc sprinkles now.
"Is it that bad? " I asked letting them vanish.
"No, it's worse! " he growled not half as amused as me.
I walked around the table and looked over his shoulder.
"Eastwood, huh? "
"The only student that performs even worse than Potter and Longbottom together, " he glared at the paper as if it bit him and I giggled.
"If you don't stop laughing you will have to correct it. "
I stole the paper from under his nose.
"Okay, I will, " with a grin I pulled out his chair and sat on his lap taking the quill out of his hand.
Scanning through it I realized how right he had been this was beyond a T.
"Oh, Merlin... " I groaned.
Causing the potions master to smirk.
"You didn't believe that's the lord's punishment." I could hear the grin in his voice and grumbled a bit.
"I think he is scared... His handwriting is way hastier than on the essays he hands me and in potions, he performs well... " I mumbled.
"Would I see that the same way or is it just you? " the deep voice of the black-haired man asked into my ear.
"You know I'm very strict you would see it the same way just check the essays..."
"I trust your skills... What should I do about this kid?! " he gave back clearly annoyed by the fact that he couldn't just claim he was stupid.
"Maybe not give him the feeling you will eat him, " I smirked turning around and pecked his cheek. His stern expression relaxed and he made me turn around to face him while I still sat there on his lap.
"Don't you think he would be even more scared if I was friendly all of a sudden? " he sarcastically asked.
"He would get a heart attack, " I gave back grinning.
"That doesn't make it easier, " he huffed.
"Just be nice to your own children and it's all good " I jokingly said but he froze in place his expression turning neutral and cool.
"Sev, did I say something wrong? I'm sorry! " now I really began to worry
Without a warning, he got up basically making me stumble against the table and got out of the chambers.
