"So... There are only two more Horcruxes left if he got the goblet..." I mumbled.
"No, actually there are three, " Dumbledore told me.
"Three?" I asked.
"Albus!" Snape hissed.
"Yes, three my dear child. A piece of Voldemort's soul lives within Harry... Since that night, Tom tried to kill him he-"
"Suddenly it all makes sense, the visions, the parseltongue, the connection between them... This means he has to die, " I interrupted the wise wizard.
"Yes, he has to die..." Dumbledore said in a voice filled with consternation.
"You need to tell McGonagle, Severus. When the fight here begins she will take the lead. The risk of you dying if you don't inform her is too high, " I pleaded.
"No, " Severus gave back coldly.
"It would endanger our whole mission."
"It wouldn't!"
"Leave."
"Severus you ca-"
"Leave, right now!" He barked.
"Why can't you see how important you are? I don't want you to get hurt God damn it!"
"Nobody cares about your feelings (Y/l/n)! Now leave!"
I flinched. Fuck my life. Dumbledore stayed quiet. I left worried, very worried.
