3rd Person's POV
With a newly-formed squad, Zilong was finally ready to embark on his 100-over-kilometer-long journey (Even that was long). They walked for an hour before the sun started to set. Zilong decided that they should find somewhere to stay for the night. Ling flew over some rocks and found a spot to camp. He flew back to the rest to inform them and led them to the place. When they reached, he had to attack an ant to get off the wall. They set up their tents and campfire, before Wanwan took out her stash of peaches and marshmallows. She stuffed a marshmallow on her dart and roasted it on the campfire. Zilong grabbed one and used his spear to roast it. Ling used his sword and skewered a whole chunk of her marshmallows. Chang'e was resting in her tent that she shared with Zilong. All of a sudden, they heard someone humming in a very out-of-tune manner and the whole ground vibrating. They turned their heads to see Baxia humming and dancing to a song. (Odette's entrance music)
Leap. Baxia jumped up.
Crash. Baxia landed "gracefully".
Twirl. Baxia did a beautiful pirouette.
Soon, Wanwan joined in, chucking her marshmallows into her mouth. She leaped over Baxia while splitting. Before Ling knew it, Zilong jumped in and danced in-sync with Wanwan and Baxia. It was a sight to behold. "Dun, duunnnn..." The three of them ended the song perfectly, with Baxia holding up Zilong while balancing on one foot and stretching out his arms, Zilong lifting Wanwan up to the sky and Wanwan balancing on her tummy on Zilong's hands, with one of her arms reaching for the sky and her legs positioned as if she was in the middle of swinging them. Ling sat where he was and stared at the three of them. Clap, clap, clap. The slow clapping soon became applause as Ling stood up and yelled, "BRAVO, BRAVO!" His reaction was both genuine and sarcastic at the same time. While part of him was saying, "What a beautiful performance," the other half of him was saying, "How the heck did I get myself into this?"
All of a sudden, a blinding light appeared out of nowhere, which caused Baxia to lose his balance and sent the three of them crashing onto Chang'e's tent. "SERIOUSLY HOW MANY TIMES AM I GOING TO GET CRUSHED?!" She hollered. Loud voice for a girl so tiny. (And old)
A girl wearing black and white walked out of the light. Upon seeing her, everyone bowed down. "Your holiness," they said in-unison. "Oh, no need for that. You may get up," replied the girl, "Now listen, I don't have much time here. Zilong, I'm handing you the Orb of Protection as I have too many Orbs to protect already. That being said, the Orb of Protection can help me protect all the other Orbs...Ah well never mind that. I need you to take this on your journey, to protect you, your troupe and the whole empire. Also, protect the Orb. Although it grants protection, it still needs protection. Confusing, so I'll shorten it. Take the Orb and protect it. Use it when in GRAVE danger. Got it? Now I gotta go. Byeee."
Swoosh. She's gone as suddenly as she came. Huh, that was weird.
