I can't type this everyday. But for your sake I will try, I repeat, TRY. What about alternate days?
Wanwan's POV
Woah, I have seriously underestimated Ling's force of attraction. All those paper clips have been attracted to that not so large magnet. No time to lose, if I don't act now, I won't have another chance. I ran down to the makeshift prison where Zilong, Chang'e and Baxia were locked in. Holy guacamole, that's a lot of locks! Like, a lot a lot. At least 10 if my eyes aren't tricking me.
"Wanwan, there you are! Why did you abandon us?" Questioned Zilong, anger the main spice in his voice. "Don't scare her away brother. Wanwan, please help us out, I don't wanna become a sacrifice for the moon goddess!" Chang'e pleaded. "Alright, alright. Not so loud or the attention will be on us," I hushed, really hoping that the magnet is strong enough. With no time to waste, I stuck my hand into my hair and pulled out a bobby pin. Time for the good old jam and jiggle! I stuck the bobby pin into the keyhole and jiggled it till the lock popped open. Finally, I have jammed and jiggled my way to the last lock.
Oh no. It's a number lock.
I don't have the kind of hearing needed to hear the click when the ring is spun to the right number, so I came up with a very dumb solution which I now regret. I got the three of them to squeeze to the side of the cage while I shot my sleeve darts at the lock in attempt to break it. My brain wasn't functioning properly, so I forgot the clunking sounds when my sleeve darts hit the locks will definitely alert someone.
And so it did. The guy who screamed, "CHARGE!" found out I was trying to help them escape, so things got ugly.
"You! What are you doing? I mean it's obvious but- NOT THE POINT! Gah," Mr Parchment questioned. "Why did you trap them then?" I asked back, time for some deep probing questions. "They killed my sister! My one and only sister! I knew she shouldn't have followed these irresponsible people! Never!" He spat and hollered and other forms of anger I guess?
Oh.
"Uh.. He he... Uh... Nice seeing you and I uh... gotta go find my mother! Yes... uh... she said to get home once I checked the source of the quaking. So uh, bye?" I tried to wiggle my way out, but to no avail. Just as I tried to sprint out of the sticky situation and come back to save them later, Mr Parchment grabbed me by the arm and somehow bound me to an invisible something. For him to not notice Ling, I can only call that pure oblivion. A hundred people chasing after someone. Probably because he thinks that they are just taking a jog while yodelling, screaming and everything else. Eh, not the point.
I'M STUCK HERE THAT'S THE POINT.
Why? WHY? Did my brain not function earlier. Stupid brain. But yet you are smart cause you control every part of me. Uh... NEVER MIND THAT NOW I NEED AN ESCAPE PLAN. Why do I keep going out of topic now? I really really really need help. Now that's three reallys so you know how much help I need. Not to mention Zilong, Baxia and Chang'e, poor things. "Ling! Stop yodelling and get here!" My brain screamed, almost making me scream, before the thinking part came back from his tau huay break. If I screamed, he would get in trouble too.
Thank goodness my brain is still functioning or I would have killed the hope of getting out, killed Zilong, Baxia and Chang'e. Maybe even Ling would be in danger. I know I'm in danger so not counting that out from the trouble the tau huay break the thinking part of my brain took caused.
SOMEONE HELP.
