Zilong's POV
"Oh what have I done? What have I done?" I thought to myself as I paced in circles. Ling had warned me against trusting Luo Yi, I should have listened to him. I brought this upon us, now I have to fix it. "Chang'e, what did you see when you were there?" I asked her cautiously, in case she may have been traumatised by that god-forsaken place. "The two purple guys shoved purple shiny things into Ling and Wanwan's head. No worries, they did not suffer from any blood loss," she replied casually. Purple shard? Two people? I thought it was only Luo Yi? Purple shard...sounded so familiar...
I took a huge, dramatic breath. "The Shard of Purple," I announced dramatically. "Yeah, we know it's purple, don't have to give it a fancy name," Baxia said in an oh-please manner. I shook my head. "It's called the Shard of Purple, Baxia," Chang'e explained, noting my visible exasperation. The both of us have read through tons of our master's books, and one that I favoured most was a book so old that the pages were decomposing. It had a purple shard on top and master warned us against hitting it on our head. I read that book at least 10 times, so I know the content by heart. "The Shard of Purple will disintegrate into dust that will enter the body and change their outfit to purple. Apart from that, their behaviour will change to the kind of behaviour the person who used it wants them to behave. Basically the master can control them. The longer the dust stays in the body, the harder it will be to remove it..." I muttered while looking at the floor. When I raised my head, I saw Baxia and Chang'e trying to hear what I was saying. "The only way to remove it," I continued, "is-"
Crack! Boom!
I heard the sound of thunder and soon after it began to rain. I gestured for the two of them to follow me as we ran to seek shelter from the raging storm. As wet as a soaked chicken, we found a dark cave to refuge from the rain.
Yu Zhong's POV
Those morons finally went off to train, and the weather is awful. Oh it's so humid, my hair is going to get greasy! I wonder how Luo Yi keeps it so straight. I looked out the window that was decorated with raindrops, and saw the three of them doing an umbrella dance in the training hall using binoculars. I am going to go crazy. Though I do have to admit, they are a graceful bunch. They swung their umbrellas in a round in front of them before lifting it above their heads and left the umbrellas resting on their shoulders. They then removed the umbrellas and closed them, using them as fake lances. "En garde!" I heard Ling yell. I dragged my favourite armchair over and grabbed a box of popcorn I found lying around. This was going to get exciting. Luo Yi Held her umbrella using one hand, trying desperately to hit Wanwan, who jumped all over the place, using to poke the not-so-agile Luo Yi wherever she could. At last, Luo Yi could not stand it anymore. She used her magic and conjured a bunch of umbrellas. With a flick of her hand, the umbrellas were sent flying to Wanwan. Wanwan being Wanwan, she jumped up into the air and dodged every umbrella, horizontally shooting sleeve darts along the way. Luo Yi teleported behind Wanwan and took her one umbrella and jabbed it into Wanwan's back when she landed. Ling, on the other hand, was busy jumping from wall to wall, using the baseball launcher to launch baseballs so he could slice them into halves with his swords. MY BASEBALLS. Never mind, sacrifices have to be made in order to gain. At least these bozos aren't as hopeless as I thought they would be after all.
