I don't know why it's so fun to write in Ling's POV, also, I am trying to make every chapter at least 600 words long.
Ling's POV
"Alas, the assassin I have been looking for. You're fast aren't you?" The man who probably is my master asked. I nodded my head. "Did you find the gouache I asked for? I need it to complete this painting," he continued.
So that's what he needed. Fibberygash was find me my gouache.
Chang'e's POV
For some weird reason, those two purple guys just dug my moon for that weird Orb I tried to shove down my bunny's throat and left me be while they shoved a purple shard in their heads. They seemed perfectly fine afterwards. I thought that they would die of excessive blood loss, but all they did was change their appearance and their attitude. When I went to say hi to Wanwan, she continued jumping around and ignored me. When I saw Ling look at us, he just shrugged it off. Okay, that's normal. Still, I felt that something was off.
"Girl, do you want to see your brother?" The purple-haired woman who nabbed me earlier asked. I nodded my head, though unsure if she could be trusted. I then heard the same whoosh that teleported me here. Soon, I found myself standing next to my brother.
"Brother! Brother!" I immediately yelled. He turned his head, looking surprised, shocked and something which could only be pure relief. He hugged me and made sure I was okay and everything that a caring brother would do when his sister has been lost for a long time. I saw him walk to Miss Purple and try to thank her and whatever, but she had already disappeared, leaving a scroll of parchment on the ground. My brother picked it up and unrolled it, revealing a map. I glided right over and looked at it. "So that's where I was! That's where Ling and Wanwan are too! Brother, I don't think Miss Purple is any good. She was the one who kidnapped us!" I pointed out. Zilong held the map and looked down at it, then looked back up at the sky. "What have I done?" He muttered to himself.
3rd Person's POV
In Yu Zhong's headquarters, a briefing was taking place.
"Wanwan, you have to blah blah blah... Ling you have to blah blah blah... Luo Yi you need to blah blah blah..." Yu Zhong droned on and on, oblivious to the fact that the three of them were beginning to fall asleep.
Yu Zhong pounded his fists on the table, causing everyone to wake up with a jerk and to sit up straight. "If we fail, which we won't, we will all-" Yu Zhong used his hand and slid it over his neck, signalling that they would die. "It's either them, or us, got it you morons?" He continued. Everyone nodded forcefully. They sat there in an awkward silence for a moment, before Yu Zhong sarcastically asked them, "What are you waiting for? Christmas? Why not we take a nice plate of cookies and enjoy it while waiting?" Wanwan eagerly jumped up from her seat and brought a plate of cookies in. Yu Zhong facepalmed and asked Luo Yi, "Does the book say anything about one of the side-effects of using the Shard of Purple being the loss of intelligence?" "Nope," she replied almost instantly after picking up a dusty book embellished with a purple scale and flipping to the page labelled side-effects, which took forever. Yu Zhong sighed in relief before regaining his usual hot-tempered personality. "NOW GET OUT THERE AND TRAIN!" He hollered, causing everyone to jump up from their seats and vamanos out of the meeting room.
