3rd Person's POV

Days passed by in a blink of an eye. Before they knew it, the grand ball has arrived. The ball room was decorated with blue ribbons and a row of tables were positioned at the end of the ball room, maids balancing trays and trays of food to fill the table, and eventually to fill the stomachs of hungry guests.

While the maids were busy with the ball room, the Oriental Fighters were busy getting ready.

Wanwan's POV

Finally the moment has arrived, I took my precious masterpiece and tossed it to Zilong to help me chuck it onto Ling. OH NO I FORGOT. I forgot the one part of the outfit that will bring Ling extreme humiliation.

The high heels.

I dashed to the market as fast as my short legs would bring me, hoping I would be able to find two pairs of perfect high heels for both Ling and myself and be back in time for all my preparation for the ball.

I searched frantically for a pair of blue heels and a pair of silver ones, at a very affordable price. Finally, I came across a stall that sold shoes, any kind, at a very good price for a very good product. While looking for the perfect shoe for Ling, I tripped over a shoebox and fell face-flat on the ground. I got up as if nothing had happened and bent down to look at the flattened shoebox. I opened it up and saw a pair of velvety blue shoes, I checked the size, the right size should be about 40 or 39. I checked the shoebox, size 39. It was PERFECT. Now I used capital letters to spell perfect so you know how perfect it is. I got back up and looked around, hoping that the silver shoes in mind would just show itself.

Just as I was about to go pay for the blue ones first, I knocked into a shelf, causing a shoebox to thunk me on the head. I bent down to pick the shoebox up, it was opened so the shoes inside dropped out. I looked at the shoes, not exactly the one I expected, but better. It had less straps than expected, but there was an ankle strap which had a flower made of fake jewels on it. That's how I find shoes now, just get hurt and wait for things to happen. I picked up the box and stuffed the shoes in before bringing it to the counter to pay.

Paid for the stuff now we dash again.

HALT.

WE NEED A WIG!

I had to look for a shop that sold one now. ARGH.

Coincidentally, I stopped beside a wig shop. I picked up a clip-on bun of Ling's hair colour, paid, and before running off immediately, I made sure everything was purchased so I wouldn't need to make a second round.

Okay, everything checked.

I ran with all my might back to the castle to dump the things with Zilong so he could help me take care of them while I showered and everything. Not to check on Ling.

When I arrived, I tried my best not to look at him. I dumped everything I bought for Ling in a corner so Zilong could help me.  I dashed out of his changing room, running to my own and blah blah blah.

I arrived at the ball room just in time. I walked down the cascading steps that led to the dance floor.

FOOD!

Just as I ran to the tables lined with trays of food, the lights went out and a spotlight shone on the entrance. The whole ball room went silent. The doors swung open to reveal a lady in green-blue. Is that...
